Staff were courteous and efficient
Staff were courteous and efficient - both at my house and at the 'drive up' site. I only was a bit concerned over my on-site timing, but I understand someone needing to call out for the day. When I called to ask why my window was expiring, the problem was addressed promptly.

Wrong pickup date
Was supposed to have had our first pickup on Monday. We are scheduled bimonthly Mondays for a reason ey, the pickup guy came today..a Wednesday. Not good.If a no show next time, we are done. I don't care if you use a third party for.pickup, just show up when expected
