Amazing service
Denise was amazing in explaining the process to me and getting it scheduled. He followed up a few days before, the day of, and a few days later. The staff that came out to shred the documents we also amazing, it was started and completed so quickly that by the time I gave them my payment and signed for the service they were finished, I had to ask them to show me the footage (lol)

Very professional and kind
From my first email to the actual pickup, ProShred was professional, but also kind and understanding of my situation. I inherited my mother's house, and it came with a lot of old paperwork. Their pricing was very competitive, and the technician was fast, friendly, and supportive! I have already recommended their residential services to others.

Very poor communication within the…
Very poor communication within the office regarding the time of the truck arriving. When trying to reach the office, three times on hold, "portal number 2". Requested a call back, never got. Finally reached someone at 3:48 and could not get an answer, said would call back. No call back. Truck came at 8:00 am.
Driver was great, felt bad about complaining to him. Certainly was not his fault.

Excellent Experience
The reason for such an excellent experience with our onsite shredding was the driver. He arrived on time, introduced himself and took the time to explain the process. We have used Proshred for many years, but the driver did not know that. So it was very professional of him to inform us of what to expect. After explaining the process the driver went right to work shredding the many boxes of documents we had. Once done, the driver took me to the truck and pointed out on the display exactly how many bins of documents had been shredded so that we knew exactly what the cost would be for the job done. Throughout the whole process the driver was very up beat and informative. I can honestly say that he is a person that truly enjoys what he does and meeting new people. The driver's great energy and dedication to his job made our onsite shredding an excellent experience.
