Awful company!

Awful company!! Purchased two sets for my son. One of the sets I was sent to t shirts instead of shorts and t shirt. After weeks of emailing I had to send the t shirt back, was refunded the postal charge and then waited a further 2 weeks to receive the shorts. This was after repeatedly sending emails to chase. I received the shorts and they were the wrong size!!!! Completely incompetent, been sending emails since to chase the refund they agreed. I receive an email asking me to check my bank statement, not sure how many times I need to check and email confirming I haven’t received my refund! Quick to take your money but then go very quiet when they owe you money.
Two months on from my original order, have a set that’s now not a set as missing the shorts and still no refund…..

Terrible ….

I’m currently going through the bank to get a refund. Ordered an item. Delivery was express and was due in 1-2 days. Several emails with no replies chasing item. Then email from company to say couldn’t send as out of stock, but at the point of sale of the 2 days following the sale when item should have been sent no email to inform out of stock was sent. I replied and asked for refund and also confirmation of time scale. Radio silence again. Don’t bother - no item - ghosted - and now in process of wasting time and energy showing the bank screen shots of the times I have tried to resolve and awaiting refund !

Wrong top and size sent
This was returned to them with a promise of correct top and shipping costs refunded
Nearly ten days later and no sign of the top or refund

Won’t purchase from company again

Won’t purchase from company again. Paid for my item on weekend and paid £4.99 delivery as it says Express Delivery (1-2 w/days) it is now Wednesday evening and they have not even dispatched the item, nor replied to my email chasing it up. It will be bank holiday Friday-Monday so don’t expect it to arrive in time now as it was for this upcoming weekend. Ordered trainers and sent back because they were to small and after 6 weeks and multiple emails, phone calls and text messages and being told “I’ll look into it “
