Two men of this company cleaned a drive-way from one of my neighbours for €500. She felt cheated. And I think she's right.

We received a quote to steam clean our carpets which we accepted. On arrival the person upon entering our house said that we needed a deep clean because we had a dog and we were quoted for a standard clean. They tried to up our quote by $800! After much haggling, we agreed to pay an extra $160 for a deep clean. We were very dissatisfied with the 'clean' as the carpet didn't look or smell like it had been cleaned. we rang to express our disappointment and we were told someone would come and look at it by the end of the day. No one came. The next day we rang to question this and they had no record of our call. They asked us to send photo evidence, which we did. We did not receive any acknowledgement of the information sent. Later that day we followed up with them regarding the information we sent and they had no record of that conversation either. We asked to speak to a manager and they said they'd get someone to call us back. No one called back. This has gone on for a week and today when we rang and questioned them, they hung up on us. We feel we have been scammed and don't want anyone else to go through the same experience- do not use them!
*My parents left the above review on Product Reviews a week ago, and it still has not been resolved. My Dad has attempted to contact them since this review was posted and still has not had any luck.
