Ordered a bfs rod and reel for my husband. Talked to a very kind customer service person by the name of Allison. She was super helpful with fantastic recommendations at different price points. Placed the order (my order value was aprox $350). Everything was as described. Great value in my purchase and I appreciated her help. I read the reviews here and I wanted to note that both my items came to me via Canada Post from their location in Ontario so they do have inventory here although how much exactly I do not know. At the end of the day I don't really care where my product comes from so long I get what I ordered and within a decent timeframe which is what I got so I am very happy with my purchase. I will shop with them again and would recommend.

My experience with Pro tackle world was perfect. I bought a polish on their website. I wasn’t confident as its a shopify website and a ton of products are just dropshipping but it was not the case, at least for me. It came from the United States to France and it took 15 days to be delivered. It cost me 18 extra euros because of taxes and management fees but there are not equivalence in term of price even after that. I tried to contact the support too and in couple of minutes they answered me back and they were nice ! I highly recommand this website but consider that the price of the products can fluctuate and they can’t refund ! On top of that its free shipping !

And of course the product itself is a real one, not a copy !

Purchased 2 Rods and 2 Reels from Pro Tackle World and they came in about 10 to 12 days. Great product and will buy from them again.

This company purports to be Canadian with a shop in Ontario, website in Canada and telephone in Canada. However, items do not ship form Canada. I shopped here because I do not want to buy from abroad but was duped. Now I have items coming from China. I could have bought form Ali Express if I wanted to do this and cheaper.
