I ordered an item with a 1-3 day delivery date, it took over 2 weeks to arrive and as it was relatively urgent I found and received a replacement from a different company.
2 emails sent to their office which is clearly on their website have not been responded to.
A phone call to them today and it went straight to an automated voicemail stating they don't answer the phone and gave a second email that I have now also written to along with their online form.

In the future I will be avoiding this company at all costs and will be pursuing my refund until I have it. Unprofessional shambles of a very poorly managed company. This review will also be posted on every webpage I find connected to them.

Disgraceful

No help either by phone or the companies email contact form after weeks of trying. I have placed an order but am concerned on many fronts.

Looks like they have a good range of products but they’re Out of stock of pretty much everything. Phoned and after eventually getting to speak to someone they said they’re unlikely to get anymore stock of anything. Products are still advertised but it’s pointless.

I was looking for some very effective screening material for my garden and came across Pro Tec on the internet. I contacted them and asked for a sample of the material which looked suitable which duly arrived. However, it was not as opaque as I wanted. I revisited their website and found what looked to be a much denser, more opaque version which looked more suitable. I contacted them again and they very promptly sent me a sample of the denser material. This was absolutely perfect for my needs and I placed an order with them which arrived within 2 days. Excellent service all round with very helpful and efficient communication all round.
The screening is superb, it's 100% opaque ( unlike others from mainly far east manufacturers ) it's exceptionally strong, fitted with very substantial eyelets for fixing and is supplied with appropriate length of very strong twine and also a pack of cable ties. I am absolutely delighted with the product and I have achieved the level of privacy in my garden that I was seeking.
This is an excellent supplier, good communication, excellent product, great value for money ( very affordable ) and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I should also add that I have no connection to the company, other than as a very happy and satisfied customer.
