Great customer service and great product. The first delivery attempt went wrong due to DPD's incompetence, but Protecta Screen's customer service sorted out a replacement order very quickly, and all worked out fine. Very efficient and friendly. Will definitely buy from them again.

Absolutely useless. They said 1-2 days delivery as I paid for the more expensive option. No sign of the delivery after four days. No response from emailing them. AVOID!!

Appalling. Paid for 1-2 business day delivery 3 days later not even a dispatch confirmation.
Only a generic email provided on website. 3 emails sent. No response. One email received asking if I am happy with my order - which hadn't been received. Then a receipt sent on the 4th day. Even the phone number on that doesn't work. No way of contacting. No communication. Unacceptable service in 2026.
