Great product

Very satisfied
I ordered the thinnest type and it’s perfect for my needs. I’m protecting sanded wooden floors before varnishing. The covers are resistant, easy to use and store and totally impermeable. So cheap too! Very quick service and delivery.

Proactive customer service!
After ordering a few items from Protecta Screen and receiving delivery via their courier service, I noticed that one item was missing. Getting in contact with Protecta Screen, Caroline and Rosie were very helpful and, indeed, proactive in communicating with the courier company, finding out that the item in question had accidentally gone to the wrong depot. Knowing that this might (or might not) take the courier company a while to sort it out, they sent another item on its way to me, to avoid further delay. It reached me very quickly. Excellent customer service from both Caroline and Rosie! Thank you!

Placed order for 250 Correx boards plus joining tape x 30 on Thursday 30/05 for next day pre midday delivery (extra cost ) no delivery or update till today . We stuck at work now due to incompetence of this company
This was not 1st time we order for them previously was exactly same experience but was for small domestic project so we bought in local store and decide not to make any complains as I understand that unexpectable my happens but not again and not for large project like this
If you looking for reliable service this is not correct company but if you want stress , problems and not materials for your work look no further and order from them .

You first contacted us this morning about your order not arriving on Friday AM and we updated you with the delivery information and informed you delivery would take place today. I can confirm the delivery company had your order Thursday afternoon and there was a problem their end unfortunately. As we are not open during the weekend there was no update from us and we were not aware of any issues on Friday. We have also refunded the delivery charge for you. If you have any other problems we have not already dealt with then please feel free to email and we will be happy to help.

Update: company has responded and advises that they have sent the missing roll, will update again once this is delivered.
- Ordered 5 rolls of Correx, paid for next working day AM delivery.
- Order arrived 5 hours late, and was missing 1 of the 5 rolls.

We did refund you the full delivery charge after explaining the courier company unfortunately had delays hence the later delivery time on the Tuesday. We have also sent you out the extra roll free of any charges.
