I found the whole experience to be very quick and easy online and they offered the best price I could find for my business insurance. I made contact with Protectivity by email after receiving my policy documents and asked them to make a small change, which they did within that same day. Very happy with the service.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - notification of renewal received in good time, cost of premium always best available but this year's was half the amount of last year's, technology problem with paying by card resolved immediately by advisor following a phone call which took the minimum of time.
