Reasonable insurance premium
I compared the prices of a few insurers that insure pet sitters. I also searched to see which insurance pet sitters were recommending. Protectivity, alongside Pet Business Insurance, were highly recommended. I went with Protectivity as the price was reasonable. It was easy to get insurance and I was surprised that the monthly payment plan was the same price as one yearly payment. So far so good. Obviously you can only really review an insurance if or when you actually need to claim which I hope will be never.

Excellent website with clear wording.
After reading many good reviews on a Home Boarding Facebook page, which I am a member of, I decided to delve deeper into what Protectivity could offer. I had just received my insurance renewal and I normally automatically renew as I'd been with my previous insurers for 10 years without any issues. When I compared like for like components of my insurance policy, it became clear that Protectivity could offer much more for less, so I decided to 'jump ship' and said goodbye to my longstanding insurers. Hopefully, I won't regret my decision, but from the reviews I've read about Protectivity, I doubt it. They appear to be able to differentiate between Home Boarding and Kennels, which is what I was looking for and something I wish the local council would understand, and tailor their licensing forms accordingly. Home Boarding is very different to Kennels. Protectivity clearly know the difference.
