Very simple and straightforward
Very easy to get the insurance I needed. I had to call to make sure I'd done something correctly, I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes, including the waiting time. Great experience.

So easy to tailor your policy on-line
I hate having to make phone calls so the fact that I could tailor my policy, confirm and pay on-line was brilliant. The policy documents were sent to me immediately and I was able to download them to my laptop. Easy and efficient!

Great Value for Money
Protectivity Insurance is value for money. I use it for my Dog Walking Business and it covers lots of aspects of my business. The increase each year is minimal and is really affordable.

We got what we needed, at a good price, BUT the payment system wouldn't allow a bank transfer because it didn't think my bank existed! (The Co-op Bank, founded 1872)
