A well ran company
Three years I have been with Protect By Bear. I have never used them and hope no to. Whenever I called them my questions were always answered and they treated me like their only customer which was great. I feel good having them in my corner. A good customer service with them.

Excellent customer service
I have only been a member for a few months, and I have had two issues with their billing software but both times a phone call to customer service got it all squared away. The online training is helpful but I’d like to see some in person classes in my area. It’s nice to know I’m protected and their customer service shows the commitment to the members. Most companies offer similar coverage but R2B is the best value
