Be careful order from this company. The parts are very low quality. The cerakote is too think. It covers the threads making it hard to screw on barrel. It's inside holes so the barrel was nearly impossible to fit in upper and the trigger pins were the same way. I couldn't even use the buffer tube it had so much paint on the threads and inside the lower. I am concerned it's going to stay together long term.

They will keep ur money ..... I ordered something from these people for 140.00 and nothing ever came they made me wait 15 days saying they would fix it then after 15 days was told sorry can't help uless I get a police report I ant going threw all that warning they will keep ur money

The complete upper receiver was used with lots of gunpowder on it. The takedown pins for the part kit was for an AR10, which I ordered a ar15 parts kit. It came fast.

The quality of the product is excellent. The shipping was fast. The contents of my package was stolen and they replaced it the same day. They even shipped it overnight to insure that I received it in a timely manner. They communicated with me every step of the way.

Placed an order Saturday (closed), Had it shipped Monday morning. So far so good, If this review didn't change my rating won't :) but they are nice people and veterans, support them, they have great prices on everything!

Unfortunately my son ordered gun parts and he's is autistic so he doesn't understand weapons.
But RightToBear quickly took action and gave me a refund.

scams you by sending junk, then threatening 20% restocking plus their shipping costs for returns. They do not answer the phone. I included their contact info above because it is hard to find.

I purchased 3 80 % Ar lowers and 2 stripped uppers from Right to Bear,I have never had such a bad customer service.Extremely poorly machined parts wont even fit there own uppers that I got with the lowers.I have sent emails tried to call they will not respond .These lowers are dangerous maybe the ATF can get them to respond.Bad business run dont walk.Read thre reviews I wish I had..

When it's not broken don't try to fix it! I have two nice ARs thanks to RTB. Quality is great, fast delivery at a great price. They are accurate and function perfectly. RTB is the ONLY place I will buy from!!

Ordered AR 15 kit and two Glock 17 barrels that was supposed to come with free thread protectors, thread protectors were not included in my order and company Refuses to send them to me. Customer service is extremely poor. Will never do business with this company again. If you want a company that has great customer service go to Palmetto State Armory.

Ordered a part for an AR15. The part shipped and arrived quick but somehow the USPS lost my package. I sent Righttobear the results of the USPS investigation, admitting they lost the package and Righttobear refunded my money without question when that responsibility should’ve fallen on the USPS. That’s great service.

Ordered a blem lower, based on their description it may need fitting for the mag release. Had several machining flaws, including the grip hanger being small. They wouldn't do anything about it even though there was nothing in the description noting there could be more flaws with it. Tried submitting a two star review on their site & it never showed up - so don't believe all the 4/5 star reviews on their site.

Ordered a glock 19 frame and lower parts kit. Tried contacting through email and their website for weeks after not receiving the lower parts kit. No reply after 3 weeks, terrible service.

Ordered fab defense ptk fore grip , this has a lot of play in it with 1 screw to hold it

I found a great deal on a Glock 19 Gen 3 build kit and of course that required a FFL licensed dealer. I have a preferred dealer that I noticed was not on the list of dealers and after asking about it. I was communicating with someone insanely fast, the problem was fixed incredibly fast, and my purchase was on its way. Great customer service and a great experience!

I placed an order sun night before Thanksgiving. It was mailed out Monday and in my hand Friday morning. I've ordered the same things from other places and this is by far the fastest I've ever got my stuff. These guys are great!.

Just want to leave RTB a good review for all the schit I’ve ordered from them throughout the year 2023. Too many people leave bad reviews and I’m here to leave my review of a company that appears to doing a great service for the masses. I’m a state away from them and whenever I place an RTB order It’s in my mailbox in 2-3 days which is rediculous compared to other companies out there. RTB is my go to dependable online gun shop.

I have worked in different firearm shops and gunsmithing shops for the better part of 20 years and my first time to use Wright to bear.com. I was a little hesitant as I had never used them before. I ordered a Glock 19 build kit basically and had some fitment issues which is normal when you’re building a Glock that is manufactured by a different company, other than Glock itself, you were going to have some fitment issues most all of the time at least with something. KEVIN in customer support sent me two different barrels that were over $100 each replace the slide and was on board with me step-by-step until the gun was right, so the products they sell Are great. However, if you get something that out of spec rest assured that their team will fix it, 110%!!! My Pistol runs fantastic now and thanks to KEVIN and his patience. I will be a lifelong customer and if it weren’t for this exceptional customer service that went above and beyond I probably would have not gone back to them . I advise family and friends and anybody out there to try to bear for any and all of their products, because if you are not happy, or if something is wrong, they take care of it pay postage, both ways and everything can’t speak highly enough. Thanks so much guys .
