Garbage site, avoid business at all costs.

Ordered some parts that were in stock at the time of ordering. A few days later I get a call that a part has been discontinued and will not longer be stock, it is still however on their website. So I had them remove the item, and then all of the items I wanted were now on back order. The site claims back orders take 2 to 4 weeks to fill, it has been over 7 months.

I have requested multiple updates and either get generic responses or nothing. I would highly recommend never doing business with this outfit.

Very easy to figure out. In order online came as it said it was in the amount of time every trustworthy, reliable company create shipping and sell product. As well thank you again very much!!!

So, being perfectly honest, I had never heard of this company until I ordered my scope rings. I was desperate to find a specific Leupold scope ring, and nobody had them in stock except MSP. Nowadays, with all the scams, I was a little hesitant to order. How wrong I was! I ordered them late Sunday and they arrived today, exactly what I ordered. If not for the circuitous route the USPS took, they would've been at my house sooner. I am very happy that I "stumbled upon" MSP. I would absolutely go to them again for an order. Everything was great. I got timely emails about the order being accepted, processed, and shipped.

Started by ordering the items I wanted that showed available and 2 - 3 days later received an email stating that some of my items were on back order and I would be contacted as soon as they were received. I have yet to receive my items

I ordered a scope for my AK-47. The price was great and I'd wanted one for quite some time. Well, I was not disappointed. It came in well packaged, in a reasonable time, the price was great & I have no complaints whatsoever!!! I will definitely shop here again in the near future. I need a bipod now, lol.

Tried to order something was told it was on backorder really can’t judge them on their product if you can’t order it. The only reason I’m not giving it a one star is because their communication was fairly decent and they did refund me my money at least I think they did. I need to check.

Got my hand guard in a timely manner. It had been out of stock for a while prior to ordering. But got it quickly enough. All parts included!

I made an online purchase with MSP and not only was their pricing reasonable and competitive, they got me my product in record time.
I had a question about my order and the response time to my email was very quick.

I ordered a new handgaurd from them, it came fairly quick. When I opened the box, the packaging had previously been open and there was dirt in the barrel nut threads and a couple scratches around. Additionally, I ordered a high-profile handguard, but received a low-profile one. This worked out for me because I wasn't paying attention when I ordered and I needed a low-profile handguard. None of these were big issues for me, so I reached out to them expressing quality control issues, stating I didn't want a refund or exchange. They responded 3 days later with "thanks for taking the time to email us." That was the part that left a sour taste in my mouth. There was no attempt to make it right or apologize, just a thanks. Poor quality control and poor customer service. I do not recommend.

Ordered a left hand holster for my taurus g2c. Said it was on back order for and it shipped the next day. Came a few days later and no issues. I was worried after I looked at this website and saw all the negative comments. But everything worked out good.The holster is exactly what I needed. Thanks. I paid with PayPal so nothing could get hacked or stolen
