Price and shipping was good... but
Price and shipping was good. I ordered 25lb of Whey Protein, expecting 5 5lb bags (as pictured). What I got was one giant clear plastic bag closed with a zip tie, which is a little harder to store and handle. This is fine, but I feel like I've been a little mislead.

Finally a true All Natural Whey Protein Isolate
I just purchased the new All Natural Whey Protein Isolate form ProteinCo and I am really satisfied with it. One of the only brands to offer natural Isolate at such an affordable price. Obviously, it does not taste as good as the artificially flavored and sweetened version but at least, I know it is clean and natural. Way to go ProteinCo for coming up with such a high-quality product at an affordable price.

Never Buy From Proteinco.ca
I recently order their 25lbs bulk New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate, Tastes like Chemicals and Plastic, Not fit for human consumption, and they are standing by their no refunds, returns or exchanges policy. I've got 25lbs of worthless chemical tasting whey. Honestly, I've tasted better soap.
I did a 1 star review on their website, and it never showed up on the page, obviously they aren't willing to be an honest company.
Consider yourself warned.
Buy elsewhere.

We have made numerous attempts to communicate with you through our ticket system and by leaving voice mails in order to find a positive outcome to your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, you did not cooperate and we were not able to talk to you personally. Not liking the taste of a product is something personal. As stated on our website, the product being sold in bulk is not refundable or returnable for sanitary reasons. Once opened, there is no future use for us. We always recommend to buy our samples before committing to buy 25 lbs of a new product. Based on our stats, the product for which one is complaining here, is actually our best seller.

I have already eliminated 2 potential problems.

Would definitely recommend!
Was happy to be able to order a sample pack, as I'm not well-versed in whey protein. Flavour wasn't sensational, though I knew it wouldn't be (as it is protein powder), but it's drinkable, which is a big deal for me (I have a very delicate palette and a weak stomach, ew). Very happy with my purchase, from shipping time, to cost, to product. Would definitely recommend.

New BCAA 5000 is horrible
ProteinCo has recently changed their regular flavoured BCAA to BCAA 5000. Unfortunately they have cut the amino acid content in half and changed the flavour. It is horrible. I drank their flavoured BCAA for 4 yrs but this new weaker horrible tasting BCAA 5000 is so bad I’m looking elsewhere for my BCAA.

We are sorry if you didn't like the new Punch flavor of our BCAA 5000 , lot of our customers love it ! Unfortunately it is not possible to make flavors that everybody will love . Yes the serving of BCAA is now 5g per serving instead of 10g with the old version , but we also cut the price alot on this new BCAA 5000 , and you only need to take 2 scoops instead of 1 and you'll get the exacte same quantity of BCAA than the old recipe .

I ordered New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate, BCAA capsules, Pure Greens Drink and L-Arginine Capsules. The quality of the product is what is the most important factor! They recently adopted new packaging which doesn't impact the product itself ( although the vanilla New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate tastes a bit more bland then the previous version).
Price point is pretty good for the quality of the product!
Shipping was quick!

Inconsistent branding and return policy, not customer centric
This company offers zero aftersales support when things go wrong. I ordered 25lbs of Beef Protein from them; also ordered a sample packet to try before I opened it. The sample packet tasted fine and I had no adverse reaction it to, but once I opened the bulk package and had one serving I had extreme stomach upset, migraine diahrea and vomiting. ProteinCo absolutely refuses to be of any assistance with returning the product.
ProteinCo has inconsistent branding across their website about returns, in some places they state "40 day money back guarantee" they also state on the warranty information section of their products they offer it on EVERY SUPPLEMENT they sell. This is a complete lie; this has been documented before they change their website and labeling and call me a liar. The charge has been disputed with my credit card company for false advertising.

We don't do any fasle advertising since you can cleary read in our return policy that you cannot return any opened products for any reasons. You can also read on every bulk products that they are not eligible for returns / exchanges . If you are intolerant to something in our Beef you should have had the same symptoms with the sample packet since this is the same exacte product, we also made verification with the Lot# of your product and everything was totally fine with this product. We also never called you a liar .
