Great product not so great service.
I'm a runner. I was looking for a vegan BCAA powder, and I landed on Protein Co's page. The price was good, the product looked good. So, I placed an order for 2 500gm packs. I had a marathon coming up in 2 weeks and my previous pack had just gotten over. Four days later, my purchase had still not been shipped. When I asked why, I was told the delay was because there was only one pack and they were waiting for the second one. I told them, please send me one and refund the money for the second one. Instead they just sent me one and gave me store credit for the second pack. Shipping fees are high. I'm a disappointed. But only a little.

Their offers are not the greatest but service is good and provides timely delivery. Products are with decent quality too

I have been buying the New Zealand whey isolate for over a year now. It is a great tasting and textured protein. It is the only brand of whey sweetened with stevia I have found that is great tasting. My only complaint is the shipping. If you are going to charge me $9.99 for shipping, it shouldn’t take 1.5 weeks to get to my door. I know there is free shipping with orders over a certain amount, but I only want one container of product at a time since it takes me a couple months to go through it.

Both my son and I are having digestive problems from the protein powder and the company will not take it back. Yes, they recommend that you purchase a sample the first time trying the product and that part is on me. Having said that, in order to maintain a business and have great customer service, a refund or exchange should be offered. In the future, I will not purchase from this company due to their return policy.

I ordered the New Zealand Whey Protein and Casein Protein in Vanilla. They taste like ice cream- so amazing. They mix really well in water and my coffee. I mixed the whey in my coffee and ate my cereal with it. What a treat!

So far so good. I'm lactose intolerant but the whey isolate hasn't given me any major issues with digestion or bloating. The chocolate flavor was what I expected, and the product dissolves quickly, as whey isolate typically does. Also, I bought this product during a 30% off promotion so it's hard to beat the price I paid. Shipping was expedient and the customer service reps were helpful and responded within 24hrs. I would recommend this company and product.
