I was disappointed that on the website…
I was disappointed that on the website it reported free shipping but when I placed my order, which was over $150.00, I was charged $5.99 for shipping.
The website is easily accessible and there are plenty of products to choose from plus an excellent rundown of how to use the products and analysis of how they work. I would have given a five star rating if not for the above complaint.

There is one exception though...
This page on your website: ".../best-whey-protein/"
(I couldn't put the full link above because it isn't allowed)
It states,
"Before I teach you exactly why you & anyone smart should ONLY INGEST Protein With A Supplement Facts Panel, and how to find the best whey protein, I will boldly state I do own ...Proteinfactory..., yes all my protein has a supplement facts panel."
The above statement needs to be corrected because it just is not a true statement.
Almost all of your protein powders show "Nutritional Facts" and not "Supplemental Facts".
I do like the results that I get from your products, Creatine (Creapure®) & Ion Exchange Whey Protein Isolate, and I will purchase again; I just wanted to point that out because it really bugged me.

I enjoy this company for its high quality protein and supplements. I recommend to spend the extra money on shipping if your not the patient type of person. Otherwise the products arrive on time or sometimes early. Thank you protein factory, and thank you alex rogers for providing me with quality products time and time again.

I've always liked Protein Factory…
I've always liked Protein Factory service and quality of products, I still do. That said, the Wisconsin Isolate Whey protein must have changed vendors. The powder is visibly different and has a very strange flavor. It tastes like plastic, very noticeable and unusual.
