Lovely quality 3XL dog bed in Grey. Bought for springer spaniel and labrador to share, perfect size, grey goes lovely with modern decor and is practical in terms of not showing up dirt or hairs. Base isn't as padded as expected, but you wouldn't be able to get it in your washing machine if it was bulkier so that will be why! Anyway, the dogs are so comfy in this. Would highly recommend, great value for money :-)

Ordered a cat tree. It came promptly and is a good product. These can be a bit rubbish sometimes as they can be quite wobbly. This one seems quite sturdy. Would buy from again.

Was a good experience but when I rang about something I was charged £1.80 for a 2 minute call. I think this is disappointing.

Received notification on 2 consecutive days that my parcel would be delivered that day so waited in on both days and cancelled appointments to accommodate the delivery but no delivery on either day. Calls to Proudpet go through to a company called Tekbox, I have no idea who they are but calls to them are not free so goodness knows how much my phone bill will be after all the calls I've made to them. Requested compensation/goodwill gesture for my wasted time, missed appointments and phone calls to be told 'my manager is not here'. Still have no idea when my parcel is arriving. Very disappointing service and all the chasing and messing about has cost me time and money which Proudpet or Tekbox or whoever they are don't seem bothered about at all sadly.

Advised by my vet to purchase a memory foam mattress for my dog who has an injury. Most were way out of my price range (especially as I needed one for each dog). This is well made, within budget and seems very durable.

My Vizslas are wary of anything new in the house and it took a couple of days before they actually tried out the beds. However, they seem to like them and I've used them as a base for the softer plusher beds on top. Result is both dogs are very happy and spend plenty of time sleeping in their new beds.

I bought the large memory foam orthopaedic bed for my beagle.hes suffering with his joints.the bed is lovely and firm so he doesn't sink into it.nice surface area for him to stretch out on too.delivery came fast and well packaged.cheaper than Amazon!
