Overall OK
The pet carrier was delivered promptly and seems pretty robust (fingers crossed it will work OK for my pet rabbit). The carrier is a little bit bigger than I thought. The rating is reduced as the clips joining the 2 parts together were missing from the original delivery. But after an email to proudpet this was sorted quickly, so overall I'm happy now.

Large donut pet bed.
I ordered two large donut pet beds for my cats. The quality of the beds are surprisingly good considering they were around half the price of the beds I have purchased in the past. The beds arrived a few days after I ordered them by courier. Fantastic shopping experience. I will be ordered from Proudpet again in the future.
