Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Emailed twice, no response whatsoever. Tried the phone line, no one there - just an answering machine, and again no one followed up. Paid in full but have not received anything. Check with tracking confirmed not received. So frustrating, no humans to talk to. Very bad customer service.

I can't take tablets . Only thing i could take with hip replacement was provacan . Brilliant stopped the pain.

No Warning About Customs Charges, poor customer service
Placed an order with PROVACAN on 5 March 2026 for delivery to Bulgaria, and it arrived on 30 March 2026. On arrival, I was required to pay €112 in customs/import charges that were not clearly disclosed before purchase. I contacted customer service to complain, but no one responded. Despite this, I am still receiving daily promotional emails. I would not have placed the order if the extra charges had been made clear upfront. Great product, but very poor customer service.

Sleepless nights
Shame because most people that have bought and used products from PROVACAN seem to love them.
Unfortunately not my experience however.
Purchased the ultimate highest strength CBD Oil (I'm well experienced with taking high strength CBD oil even beyond 2400mg).
It unfortunately gave me anxiety and insomnia as I am writing this and I have work in a few hours.
I'm sure it 100% works for a good amount of people but not me, I'll be going back to my other trusted brand which doesn't give me insomnia.
Unfortunately a waste of 80 quid which isn't cheap.
