I would recommend Provident Metals and am very pleased with their service, fast delivery of items and emails concerning the status of your order. Also by posting the up to date spot market price and continually changing their price to reflect the spot market in real time, you are certain as to how much over spot you will be paying at that time.

Very slow shipping
I paid extra for expedited UPS shipping because the bars were intended as a gift. However, the package arrived 8 days later. Because of the expensive shipping and poor service, I would not order from Provident Metals again.

We can certainly sympathize with a missed date. It was ordered on the 30th and we shipped it the next day by UPS Ground, which is what you paid for. We pass through our corporate rate without any markup. We do apologize that it couldn't get there sooner than the 6th. I would have expected more from them. But in any case, anytime you have a special condition like you did (you needed it for a gift), give us a call so we can price an overnight shipping cost or whatever so we can meet your expectations. We always try to be accommodating. We are real people who live lives too. We understand that we need to be flexible, but can only program so much into the system and it goes from there unless we are asked to do something different for the customer. Hope this helps for the future! Thanks for the business and we hope to see you again!
