Sales rep with no principled character or integrity
False promises and no cooperation. It has been already 3 months and we are still waiting for credits. There was to be a buy out done on our old water heater by provincial and nothing. I’m still being charged by CHICC and by provincial. No cooperation what so ever.
Be careful on the sales rep Cristian Markus Burel. He’s a fake and not trustworthy who gives you Full of empty promises and poor customer support. A real bad testimony on your part Mr Cristian, no honesty, no accountability and transparency let alone no proper ethics whatsoever. Bottom line it’s a sale. No one wants to take ownership of issues or problems.
Stay with gas as electric. Both hot water and home heater takes forever to heat up and don’t work as efficiently. I can go on and on but it almost seems helpless with these con/scam artists.
Hopefully this helps as I wish we knew this before we got ourselves into this mess.

Sales Guy sold us Hot water Tank and Heat Pump. he said our electric bill will come less with this green home program and also we will buyout your old units and also provide us credit for same.
Installation was done in December 2023 and till date after 3months situation is now getting worse
1. Electric Bill are tripled- Chasing to get solution but no response from Provincial smart home
2. Paying 2 bills one for old unit and one to provincial smart home- Again no response from company
3.They said we will buyout old unit and we are chasing simply smart home but seems no response
4.They promised us we will get Bill credit, not response from company
we are emailing Provincial smart home and calling them, there call enter are just updating there notes but there is no action from provision smart home to solve our issues.
Totally frustrated and seems we all are cheated and seems big scammed.
guys Beware and stay away from Fake Promises!!!!!!

DISAPPOINTED
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism with Provincial Smart Home. Every step of the way it has been like pulling teeth to get them to follow through with the next promised step.
Current issue.
The needed to make three hole, one in my wall two in my ceiling, in order to run the wiring for our smart thermostat. They came filled the holes, and gave each section a ruff mud. At this time they scheduled to come back to finish the job on Sunday March 31. When l realized this was Easter Sunday l called back to reschedule. Customer Service was able to cancel the appointment, but said l would get a call back to reschedule. This call never came. After several calls to Customer Service which each time l was told the service team would call to reschedule. Finally this week l was told by customer service that the job has been completed! I assured in no uncertain terms that they never came back to finish and the job was absolutely not finished. They asked me to send pictures, which l promptly did. The response I reserved was that the drywall was finished and painted. WTH...I wish l could share the pictures on here, my drywall is ruff unfinished and absolutely not finished.
This company makes lots of promises with no follow-up. Do not use this company!
UPDATE: Even though my issues have not been resolved yet. Saveena and l have been working together to resolve our issues. I will update soon, good or bad.
