Bought a bridle from Pro wormers which was delivered quickly and on time. Unfortunately the bridle did not fit my horse. I emailed them to say I needed to return the item and the quickly replied to my request. Would buy from them again. Good customer service

I'm only giving 4 stars because I was disappointed that the feed buckets had some minor defects in the plastic. Two out of the three had black (looked like dirt) embedded in them. Whilst I understand that this the fault of the makers Stubbs i feel I cannot give the higher rating for this reason

Not extra large
Good value but hardly extra large as advertised. We did not take into account the sidewalls when considering size, they make the bed too small for our labrador, more suitable to our cat.

No problem with product or packaging…
No problem with product or packaging but it took 8 days to arrive.
Tbf this is probably the fault of our local post service not the company.
Will try the company again as price was fantastic.
