This company is outstanding! I ordered a necklace for my daughter, which was absolutely stunning, amazing communication, quick turn around & really good price! Fantastic company and will be using them again.

This bracelet is sooo pretty, received so many compliments. Beautiful piece. Another lovely addition to my PRYA collection. I would also add, their customer service is on point. I had a minor issue and they responded straight away and resolved the issue for me. The staff are so friendly and genuinely want to help. Great company, beautiful jewellery and impeccable customer service

I have purchased a few Arabic name necklaces this year, for gifting friends and family. Honestly everything was on point from communication (order-process-delivery) and the jewellery looked brilliant. I have mine, I have worn since last year and Alhumdulillah its still in great condition. Highly recommend.

From start to finish it was very exciting for me. I spell my name differently so to get a beautiful delicate piece of jewelry was so lovely. My necklace I requested was a delicate blingy piece. When it arrived it was more than I expected. I get ALOT of compliments and it’s so delicate I can hardly feel I’m wearing it. I absolutely love my necklace from prya. I ordered a personalised bracelet, the time slot was 2-4 weeks due to personalisation. It came in just under 2 weeks. And the packaging and the bracelet itself is lush! Give nothing bad to say.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could, gorgeous jewelry but the bracelet I got for my daughters 18th birthday with her name on it was gorgeous we both love it, also I was kept up to date through the whole process. Brilliant company ❤️

Just fantastic! When I received it which didn’t take too long I fell in love haven’t taken it off since. After purchasing my third necklace i had some issues with quality which was a surprise to me after having such a great experience with my first product. I emailed PRYA and was dubious if they would suggest the issue was caused by me but oh wow their customer service was impeccable! Within the hour of emailing them, even late in the evening, a few polite emails and they had sent me replacements with no quibble at all ! Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Sometimes products have issues but knowing how amazing they are when that happens I will 100% be using again and faith restored ! Well done PRYA !
