I purchased a Prya named braclet for my granddaughter as a Christmas present, when I received it i thought it was beautiful, so much that I also purchased a named necklace to go with it.
I cannot wait to see her face on Christmas morning

I have purchased many items from PRYA and have never been disappointed the service is excellent as they keep you updated on your delivery and they are never late. The packaging is also exceptional it is presented in 2 pouches or boxed and a pouch so your items are ready to give as gifts
They also promise you that there is no tarnishing which is true. What you get for your money is a well made piece of jewellery that will last forever you won't regret buying from this company as they have so many designs to suit every one.

I have two bracelets from PRYA, one I bought as a gift and the other was bought for me. Both absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately one of them became slightly tarnished. After speaking with customer services, the bracelet was replaced. Thank you so much for not only the beautiful pieces but the after service that followed.

A company that really does care about customers and customer feedback. I had made a purchase from PRYA back in April, 5 months on I was noticing an issue with the item. I contacted PRYA and notified them of this, sent across some pictures and immediately offered to replace the item. 5 months on from the purchase date, companies I’ve dealt with before normally try their upmost to get out of either replacing or refunding items. Not PRYA. Customer service also, is second to none, extremely helpful, polite and quick response times. 10/10 would recommend PRYA to anyone. A company that really does value customers.
