Actual Jewellery is nice and I feel is value for money but, when I pay for gift wrapping, just shoving the gift bag in a tiny packet thats slapped PRYA on the front of it isn’t great for when its a gift for someone, so im quite dissatisfied with that tbh especially when im paying for a gift wrapping service.

Great company look after you from ordering to delivery. The ankle braclet was lovely of a high quality and came with a lovely pouch to keep it safe .Highly recommend this company will definitely use again

What can I say about PRYA ,well I discovered you through my granddaughters aged 14 and 16 I asked what would you like from me for Christmas **** straight away chain from PRYA and so I found you my husband has now bought me 4 items for Christmas present,couldn’t be happier I love your presentation and beautiful jewellery,thank you. Really nice jewellery. I can't afford to buy real gold. Prya jewellery is a great alternative. So far, the pieces I have purchased are not tarnishing as they promised. I particularly love the little bags each piece comes in. These will help prevent the jewellery from tarnishing when not being worn, I guess. I will be ordering more pieces for my collection and would recommend Prya Jewellery 🥰

I just love the quality of the double named necklace I ordered. It was just beautiful and I was beyond happy with my purchase.

Time frame is quite something. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and have not yet received a notification to say it’s at its final stages of the process. So it’s clear it’s still nowhere near ready for dispatch.

I’ve order from this company before in the Black Friday sale (so the busiest time of year for any company) and received that order within 2 weeks. So the generic, we’re busier than normal email that you get when you ask where your order is, is highly frustrating.
If you want your item for an occasion, I’d look at an alternate company with a much shorter time frame for delivery!

They produce really lovely pieces that are not only beautiful but also represent good value for money.

Absolutely incredible and Amazing!! Super fast delivery considering it was a special named necklace with 5 of my dogs names on it. I’m so happy with it I cried when I opened the special box in came in. The team were professional and kept me updated on the progress and time frame throughout .plus Delivery was super fast. I ordered three chains with zodiac sign pendants. They said they were waterproof. The chain might be, but the pendants are plastic! I don't recommend it. Also, the chain and pendant are very different in color.

I ordered a personalised Arabic necklace for my niece for her birthday. She absolutely loved it, it’s great quality & worth buying & came with a little pouch as well as gift box. I would recommend their jewellery to anyone wanting to buy.

I originally ordered a necklace from them and I loved it.. but I did have a small problem with the necklace and I contacted them if they could help me out. Fortunately there customer care team were amazing and sent me a replacement straight away! I 1000% recommend ordering with PRYA

First I want to say that PRYA make the most beautiful pieces, very unique with a stunning finish, the whole experience from start to finish was second to none, with a message sent each step of the way
The necklace arrived ahead of time and my daughter is thrilled with it, she’s already had lots of compliments and enquiries of where it’s from.
Would I buy again? In a heartbeat in fact I have my eye on a little sparkly item for Xmas, link has been sent to the husband 🫣

i was looking for a personal gift for a 16 yo young lady and found what i was desired in Prya, what i loved even more is the journey from the moment i bought the bracelet till i received it . I don’t not normally write any reviews , but I had to for this company. The customer service was fantastic . I ordered the initial and birthstone necklace, but they accidentally sent the wrong birthstone. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly apologetic and assured me they’d look into the issue, and they immediately arranged to send me a replacement.

I honestly thought they’d just send the correct stone, but they surprised me by sending a whole new necklace and even told me to keep the original one. I ended up gifting it to a friend, which was such a lovely bonus.

The pieces are absolutely beautiful, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again. I honestly don’t mind when company make mistakes but hoe they resolve it matters and Prya ticked l all boxes on this one 😊.
