I absolutely love ordering from Prya, they have never disappointed. I have ordered 3 times, all personalised items and they are stunning, the writing is amazing and they last so long. I have had my bracelet for over a year and I shower with it everyday and no change in the colour at all. Extremely happy and will be going to Prya for all my jewellery. The deliveries have also gotten faster too. Overall amazing experience and communication from the workers!!

Wouldn't return item that I didnt even touch, should have better hygiene protocols in place like other companies to accept returns

I am absolutely in love with my custom gold necklace! From the moment I opened the box, it completely made my day. The craftsmanship is beautiful every detail feels personal and thoughtfully made just for me. I love their jewellery. I should also mention their customer service is excellent. I had ordered some stuff from them and when I received my order there was something missing from the package. I sent them an email immediately and let them know about this. I was worried I was not going to get it on time because I was traveling and they sent it out immediately. I have nothing negative to say. Will be ordering from them again soon.

I quickly received these beautiful and elegant earrings, which I immediately put on and haven't taken off since. I've received many compliments on them. The delivery was quick and the jewellery was carefully packed, the sets of bangles I bought is so pretty and unique and I actually ordered another set for a friend as a gift and she loved it.

this is the first time I have bought from prya I came across some earings that I knew my daughter would just love so I ordered on line super easy and so quick to answer any messages so now I'm looking to buy from them f RT ok this super friendly company

They spam your mobile number with SMS even if you didn't agree to it, and they don't stop once you ask them. Overpriced cheap jewellery from China.

Don’t bother. Said 7-10 working days for delivery at checkout which is fair enough for a personalised item. Once paid got an email to say can take 2-4 weeks. Arrived just after 3 weeks and looks so cheap I assume the delay was that it was made in China. I was too embarrassed to gift it to the recipient.
