Disappointed
The movers were professional but the administrative side has been terrible. We were sent, and chased for, invoices we had already paid, we had multiple contact points despite the sales pitch of a 'dedicated move manager' and were charged additional storage despite it not being explained to us or PSS International being able to show us where we had agreed to it. Overall really disappointed.

My Experience with PSS was absolutely fantastic from my initial consult and quote all the way through to the pick up of my belongings but what really made the whole experience great was being handled by the best customer service I have ever experienced
Helen was the absolute best person to deal with, her management skills were terrific, her personality shone like a light and her ability to calm any fears I had about my move was just sensational, I cannot say enough about how easy and confident she made me feel about my move and I would recommend PSS to anyone based on their service and the quality of staff that they have in their ranks

Dealing with these people was a nightmare. They are grossly unprofessional and will often not return enquiries. The quote they provided was also absurd and I shipped with another company for far less.

Awful
Awful. Would not recommend. They signed me up for insurance without advising me of its price. They now have my items and are demanding a lot of money that I was not notified of in advance.
Reply: They are now relying on clauses hidden within terms and conditions over multiple documents. I have no idea what the insurance covers as further information was still required from me and they have failed to give me a copy of the policy despite request. This could have easily been avoided if they offered basic customer service. A quick email confirming that the form would result in additional charges of £1k+ and asking if I wanted to proceed with that was all that was needed. Instead they told me to fill out a form and then issued me an invoice which apparently now cannot be withdrawn.
Dealing with PSS has been traumatic at a very stressful time.

Please note, we are unable to sign you up for cover as you would need to complete a full valuation form advising of the items you wish to cover and also sign and agree to the cost of the cover and terms and conditions, which you had done on the 31st March, and you were sent an invoice the next working day. As your cover was then put in place as per your request following completing the valuation form, we are now unable to cancel as your goods have also already been collected, and the risk has been put in place. All information was clearly outlined on the terms and conditions of the cover that you had ticked to reading when signing to take the cover out. I do apologise that you are unhappy regarding this however, I can confirm that all information was provided to you before completing the form to take out the cover.
