5boxes 4received.Paid 500 GBP for the specific box(receipt in hand) never received anything. After two months and a letter to removals association they asked for 900 GBP additional with a discount of 100 if we withdraw the letter!

you do every think well i can not think of one think you do not do well .i would like to say you should show other business how to run you have every think right.

The HQ contact person (Helen) waa pleasant and dull informed me on all steps. The initial proposal from the company was delivered promptly and clearly. I was happy to accept the price offered. The two transporters who packed and collected rhe goods did every thorough job of wrapping all goods and were very well organised.

I used PSS to ship my be personal belongings to Australia in 2020, gr8 service from them.
PSS was used again this year, I could not fault their service and communication.

I learned about friends who previously used your service for transport from GB to Lanzarote. Their positive description matched the experience I have had. Well done!

We just had an awful pick up experience with them! We agreed a day (Wednesday) for pick up but then heard nothing. On Wednesday morning, I got in touch and they'd just forgotten somehow. Moved the pick up to the next day. Had to have someone there which was both difficult and expensive. Then their courier didn't ring the doorbell but tried to call my phone. Missed the call by 5 mins and tried to call back but to no avail. Called pss to ask what we could do. Was assured there would be another pick up that day and was happy with that. Watched the door like a hawk and pick up went fine which was great. Was then very surprised to get a bill for 75 pounds for missed collection and extra courier that hadn't been discussed. Also that if we didn't pay swiftly the delivery would be delayed and held at 25 pounds a week. Was shocked by this so emailed and was offered a reduction to 35 pounds. Complained as it was still not what had been agreed. Nothing doing. Have paid the money and hoping for the best.

TLDR- DO NOT USE PSS. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISATION

Awesome company to deal with great communication and guidance from the team, I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to move a box or a whole house overseas. Superb!!!

Good service, quick with no issues on picking up the items to be shipped. Nice and professional packers.

Since we contact PSS for an estimate we experienced good service, good communication and no phone call was felt unnecessary. They have guided us through the whole process. On the day of removal they arrived on the agreed time. Neil's crew was friendly, polite and work was done in a orderly manner with lots of patience, being professional and took good care of our belongings. Everyone from our initial contact to our move manager and the crew who turned up to pack our belongings and take them away was super-helpful. The packing crew was especially good, professional and reassuring and clearly experienced in packing anything and everything. They worked with good humour, kept us informed of what they were doing at all times and were a credit to PSS.

Took over 6 months to get our belongings with no explanation or compensation for the delay. Sat in the UK for a month without moving despite being given an estimate of 10-12 weeks. There was never any intention to meet that timescale. Customer service was zero out of 10.

PSS has been very good from start to now just after removal date. The process is quite organised and there are plenty of people backing up. The coordinator for the preparation to the move was particularly good. Different staff are involved at different stages. The removal crew were fast, careful and efficient. The only improvement I would suggest is that a message is sent to the client before or early on the day of the removal to let them know what time they are arriving. The spec said 7:30am to 4pm, but they didn't arrive until after 9:30 and no message was sent untill I called the office at 9:00. A systematic update on the day of the removal would be easy to arrange and very helpful for clients.
