I bought a cooking appliance on this website in early 2022. The product was delivered to me with a massive delay of 7 months and it was totally smashed. When I asked for a refund, all I received was a bunch of lies and excuses. Their tactic is to kick the can down the road untill the customer untill he forgets about them and stops complaining / calling them / asking for refunds, so that they can keep the money and enjoy it peacefully while scamming other people.

Do yourself a favour: do not buy anything on this website.

You can seat and wait for 5-6 months to get your stuff in Cuba.

Purchased tires around October/2021 and still has not received goods. Paid by credit card and given runaround everytime I try to reach these people. Asked for a refund and they keep saying that it is coming. They will not take ownership of their responsibility for their service. I do not trust these people any longer. They have taken advantage of the pandemic and "supply chain" problems and in the end the buyer gets screwd. They have screwed so my Cubans that don't have much income and it's a shame. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!. CROOKS.
