Psychic sofa.. a pleasure to work with …staff are so lovely , I have worked for psychic sofa for years tried other companies in the past .. there’s no competition .

I have read for psychic sofa for approximately 8/9years altogether.

The customer service team are friendly, helpful and i find them really lovely.

I've been paid on time every week, I can only remember a one off time when there was a issue, but that really was so long ago. It's brilliant the pay goes in bank directly.

Psychic Sofa are really supportive, i've not been working as much as i used to due to family issues, but the team haven't bothered me at all and i've known, i could log on at any time i wanted too when i was ready. And I'm pleased to say I'm back working more now and I've been welcomed back with open arms.

I would recommend Psychic Sofa to anyone who wants to earn a few extra pennies to help their income. I solely relied on this during lockdown and it helped keep me to keep going

Some clientele are rude but I believe it's because people aren't ready to hear the truth, which does happen at times. I'm a truthful reader and i give it as i see it.

I have been a reader on psychic sofa for over 10 years and have always been happy working for them.
Psychic sofa is a very reputable service provider of talented Psychics that have been put through a thorough testing process to be able to work on their website.
The administration team are always available should you have any problems. I receive txt messages to let me know that the website is busy, my pay is always on time and I am available online as a reader when it suits me.
I have a lot of regular, amazing clients who I look forward to hearing from regularly.

I’ve worked for psychic Sofa for over 12years im Lauren 4007 online, I’ve never had any issues with them in all this time, but then I am very work conscientious, so you make no problems you will receive none.
I log on whenever I want, great reading for all my customers , I only work now and then but for a long time I used to work many hours, was a great earner for me, Psychic Sofa has recently put our paid rates up higher which is great, and always paid regular every week, and I’m always busy, I’ve been really happy working for them, I had worked for a few other companies before Psychic Sofa, but I prefer the flexibility of working for them, and the fact there the busiest Psychic company to work for, I highly recommend working for them!

I am working with psychic sofa since a year, I got health issues so I couldn’t do much work but whenever I do readings I got my payment on time , I am very happy to working with them, I worked with other company as well where I was getting less pay and I have to do shift work, which was hard but with psychic sofa I’m so happy whenever I got chance or I feel better I can log in any time without worrying about shift. Since I started I never got any message or call from company to pressure me to hold the call until that time , I worked for other company as well where they always pressurised me to hold the call for long, when I send them email I’m not well so I can’t work they emailed me don’t worry look after yourself.

Psychic Sofa are a great company to work for I've personally never had any problems. I also pay for readings on the site and the readers are great, unique to they're own styles offering lots of different services to your own personal preferences You can be flexible with your hours and the admin team are great, pay is accurate and always on time.Having worked for other psychic phone lines I can confirm psychic sofa is way above the rest.

I have read for psychic sofa for approximately 8 years. Overall the customer service team have been helpful and very pleasant. I am delighted with the pay rise recently, which was long over due. I have been paid on time every week, I can only remember a one off when there was a problem, however that was many years ago. Psychic Sofa have been supportive of myself as I am unable to update the calendar as I care for my 93 year old mum too and cannot always commit to a particular time. Therefore I have found Psychic sofa to be great in leaving me to have the freedom to work around my mum and my dog. So thanks for giving me that flexibility. I have gone from working 40 hours a week to only a few hours a week presently, however psychic sofa has been a precious life line to earning from my home. It means I can feel reassured that I can trust this company and continue to work with them. Other companies have not been so flexible and tend to place much more pressure on us readers. I have also found that agents take any issues I have had with some callers seriously and have supported me. So thanks Psychic Sofa. Long may our allegiance last 😁♥️

I’ve worked for Psychic Sofa for years I started in 2017 and they are a professional company . In return they need professional quality readers to support their customers and brand.
Readers are self employed and I have run several successful businesses in my life. So what one receives from Psychic Sofa is no financial outlay what so ever, you don’t pay for phone calls. If you do a reasonable job you get paid every week without fail correctly down to the penny. As a self employed person you pay your own bank charges £2.00 a week.
If you feel that something is not correct the staff are patient and friendly and listen to you and work the issue out. They would much rather you chat to them about any worries than let it bubble up and affect your work.
I’ve found they give readers full autonomy, I work the hours I am comfortable with, Yes we do receive text messages to say the lines are busy and if you would like to log on. But you can put those text alerts on silent so you don’t feel hassled. Basically if you are a genuine person you will have no problems with Psychic Sofa.
However I feel you do have an ethical duty to treat each client with empathy and respect. It is rare I get a difficult client who is struggling with their mental health and abusive and we are not here for that, and we are trained on how to deal with that situation respectfully.
I love being of service to folk and I’m greatful for Psychic Sofa.
If people want to moan then they should set up on their own, pay for their advertising and phone charges administration and so forth and they may do very well.
It does take a lot out of you doing a genuine psychic reading for an hour and yes you could be paid more but you will have more outlay and stress.
It’s a brilliant company and platform for professional psychics who love their work. 😊

I am now delighted to represent maybe the best psychic line in the country today. I am in love with the staff… all of them. They treat me with respect, help me with any problems and make time for me to work the way I want.
This is contrasted by my experience with other companies where the quality of my psychic performance was sadly influenced by non-psychic, semi-psychic and pseudo-psychic managers, with difficulty reading even a motorway sign. All this in the light of my being headhunted by quality companies who understand that a one to one reading is a rare and special experience shared by only two people..
Accepting a lower rate of pay to join Psychic Sofa paid off within weeks. Relieved that hassle had disappeared allowed me to settle in and read in my natural way. I soon remembered how pleasurable it is to read in my own style and manner. It’s like being in a family. Years later I still enjoy the relaxed, comforting environment which has improved my mental, physical and spiritual health.

This is a very professional company to work for, the pay rates are good and we are paid weekly, always on time. The revenue and hours are very easy to monitor.

I have been working for psychic sofa on and off since 2016 and in my opinion they are by far the best psychic company to work for. They are definitely the busiest company around . If you need their support they get back to you immediately either by email or phone depending on your query. I love the independence the company gives you,never pestering readers. They do let you know by sms if they're busy which is great if you want to make extra money

Psychic sofa is a great company to work for. This is my second rodeo with them. I initially worked for them back in 2004. The sign up was as easy second time around as it was the first. A reader with 30 years experience of reading I have worked for a few companies. I returned to work for them as they are professional pay well and are very tuned in as a company ensuring that their staff and readers are the best and treated well. No issues with being paid on time. They are approachable and if there are any issues they tend to respond always in a timely manner. I love the flexibility of working with them as they don’t stress or chase you to work. I enjoy reading for the clients that I read for and it’s nice knowing that I have helped guide and support them. I am one of there readers (Athena 4074) I have been with them now since may last year. They have always been very fair and good at paying so very well and every week. I always try to help/ and make sure that a give the best reading I can which is what they want from all of us. I have work before for other places and I have to say that Psychic Sofa are the best. I am a new reader on Psychic Sofa and I am finding this to be an excellent platform. Right from the very start with the recruitment process, everything was handled very well, and nice to see that this platform actually do test their readers before giving them an account. My first time logging in I didn't have to wait long for a call at all and their system works smoothly. Anyone talking about being 'bullied' by this company is talking complete and utter nonsense, I haven't logged on much at all since I've been approved and haven't been 'bullied' once. By the way they communicate with their readers, obviously this is a company that values their readers. The pay is also excellent, even if logging on for less than 10 hours per week, you will still earn well in excess of the national minimum wage (2025 rates). I will most certainly be leaving my current platform and settling with Psychic Sofa as my sole platform for providing phone readings, and building a client base here. James 4503
