Then to my delight PB as recompense had me select replacements out of their current range because my order wasn't fulfilled. Excellent solution and one that was greatly appreciated by me. PB is an ethical company that cares about its clients . Great ethos, great to deal with.

I paid $400 for the jogging suit and matching T Shirt all of it faded. The under arms of the T Shirt faded the first time I wore it. So I had the jogging suit dry cleaned and it faded. VERY POOR QUALITY. IF I could have given zero stars I would have. Do not waist your money.

The customer service is very limited, being available only through chat or WhatsApp, which makes it difficult to get timely help. I’d give the ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered several item and they were all shipped at different times. When I finally got the last package the item was the wrong color. I immediately contacted them as this was a gift. They said we’ll ship the correct item out asap well lo and behold I get the second item and it’s the exact same WRONG item I got the first time. I contact CS and a week later ZERO RESPONSE. Waste of time and money. At their prices one would think they would have good CS, WRONG!!!!

Terrible Experience – Avoid Psychobunny, Especially in Europe
I am extremely disappointed and angry with Psychobunny’s service. I placed an order on December 7th for a Christmas gift, paid extra for express delivery to Europe, and expected a basic level of professionalism. What I got instead was chaos, dishonesty, and zero accountability.
By December 15th, my order still hadn’t even been handed over to the courier, so I contacted customer service to ask what was going on. I was told their “investigation team” would contact me within two days. No one ever did.
When I reached out again, I spent over an hour in live chat, only to be told first that the delay was DHL’s fault. After another 30 minutes, they suddenly changed their story and admitted the problem was on their side due to a system error. So which is it? The lack of transparency is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, they canceled my order without my consent, and only after I pushed for answers. No apology, no compensation, no effort to fix the situation — nothing. Now I’m left wondering if I’ll even get my money back.
This company behaves like a scammer: shifting blame, wasting customers’ time, canceling orders at will, and completely ignoring the importance of Christmas gifts. Their attitude shows total disregard for customers.
I strongly do NOT recommend Psychobunny to customers in Europe.
Horrible customer service, irresponsible handling of orders, no delivery, and no respect for customers. They do whatever they want and clearly don’t care about their customers or the holidays.
Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

This is a revision to a previous review I posted on this site. The company made good by resolving an order issue. I am giving them a 4 stars review because management solved the issue. However, there was absolutely no reason why the problem with my order could not have been resolved by their customer service the first two times I contacted them. It was an obvious mistake on their part. I love PB merchandise but I don’t believe I would order from their online store ever again after this experience.
Pique Polo
This is a product complaint. Purchased and wore a pique polo once. Washed in cold and hung to dry. The arms are all stretched out. Like that of a very cheap product. I won't chance aonther $100 plus bucks on crap product. I purchased in the winter so it's been months. Hoping their CS team will help me out. If they do I'll report back.
Update: Their CS Team went above and beyond in Shipping a replacement Polo. Just waiting for its delivery now. I'll update again if the polo does that same thing after 1st wash.

I had to change my review from 1 to 5 stars. They missed to handle my order but what they did next was more than exceptional. Excellent customer service and great stuff. Thank you.
Do not purchase from this company
I purchased over $1000 of clothes and one of the pair of shorts I purchased was the wrong size. I took the shorts back with the tags on the same day and exchanged for the same shorts but a larger size. Instead of a swap, the store assistant said I need to purchase the larger pair, and they would do a refund to my credit card of the original pair. The refund was not applied to my credit card and I still have not received the refund. Customer care has said the refund was applied however they credit card number they have referenced is not mine. I have told them they have made a mistake but now they are not even replying to my messages. Do not purchase from this company.
£30 handling fee, can’t return
Quality is ok, not worse than other brands but fit is a bit strange, very boxy and long in the back. So I decided to return for a refund. £30 handling fee and difficult return process means I wouldn’t bother buying from this brand again
Update: Have been trying to return this item and was twice sent DHL barcodes that didn’t work, so now stuck with a shirt I don’t want
IDisappointing Experience - Misleading Returns Policy
I recently bought a sweatshirt in size M, and when it arrived, it was much too big. I checked the website, which states that returns are free, so I went ahead and tried to return it. However, when I started the return process, I was shocked to find out that the return fee is around £40. This is completely misleading, especially for international buyers like myself.
To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. It seems like they are not transparent about the actual cost of returns. If you're an international customer, please be cautious when purchasing, as the returns process is not as straightforward or free as they claim.
I won't be buying from them again.

Ordered several items, 3 of which we needed to return. Impossible to return from UK to USA and Psycho Bunny offer no help or simple return service.

Ordered there 5 times now and shopped in the Store 3 times.
They delivered within 4 days from US to Germany for free.
Had three times an issue.
One time they gave me a Voucher, one time an item was out Of Stock an i was allowed to chose a higher priced item. One time i had stains on a new item. They delivered me a new one and Said i can keep the old one for free.
Every time i get into contact it took between 2 Minuten (awesome) and 2 Hours to get an answer via Mail.
The quality is not the outstanding Standard They advertise with but i love the style so much.

Returns is a rip off
I ordered a sweat shirt, tried on when it arrived only to find out it was far to big.
I went through the returns process only to find out that they want 50% of the price of the item ( £40 ) to return it for a refund (they only charged me £5.00 to send it)...
Do not buy their products if you cannot guarantee it will fit....a total rip off..
