My wife has been back and forth with emails trying to correct the problem with absolutely no answer. They sent us a return label for items we never received!! LOL what a joke and absolutely no one seems to care. Spend your money elsewhere.

i ordered 4x t-shirts on 21st Feb, only 2 shipped and got lost never arriving at their shipping company. they gave me the wrong shipping tracking number 3 times! it took several emails for them to acknowledge the shipment had gone wrong and 6 weeks for them to do anything about it. they have now shipped 1x t-shirt last week and the shipping tracking number doesn't work on this one either. time to go to American Express and get my money back

I will start by saying that I love their clothing and the quality is very good! Love their styles and designs as well, something different and new! Unfortunately that's where the pros end, they clearly have a lot of money considering they have just opened a few new stores in Canada and in Yorkdale mall, I have also noticed heavy advertising at bus stops around Toronto (again not cheap). However this company is run by a bunch of amateurs, I ordered 5 items on my first order and received 1, no idea why everything was out of stock? Second order was over $1500, they had no idea if my items had shipped or not, and claimed that it was shipped but I never received any tracking info, I only received about 4 items out of about 15-20. Had to plead with them that my order was lost and finally got them to refund my money. Their customer service also needs massive improvement, I called for 3 days straight and nobody answered my call, even email responses took days. I decided to place a third order for black Friday sales as they were offering some great discounts, once again almost 90% of the items I ordered were out of stock, they had no idea why...I mean why does a company list items on their website if they are not available??? They replaced my items since I did not want to loose the sale discounts, but once again had no idea that they were shipped out and did not have any tracking info. Very mismanaged and they need a lot of improvement on their systems and customer service considering their products are not cheap. Buyer beware.

This company is operating like one that is about to shut down. There is no way to make contact with them via phone, email, etc. They don't respond to messages, they don't return calls and the automated system hangs up on your when customer service is called. They will charge your credit card but will not send you merchandise. I may file a police report as well like the other person here mentioned.
