I have been waiting for 2 months since I placed my order and I still haven’t received the product. I will never buy here again — the customer service is not good.

I have since received order confirmation, thank you. The time it takes up to 25 days is a bit long, maybe you should try shortening that period?

Much more simple process than many sites

I was looking for a phone case and found it here. Saw that they had a pretty cool return policy so I figured I would buy it.
When it arrived, I wasn't really too glad with it.
To my amazement, they were 100% up n up with their policy. I've been burned on other sites, so I was blown away with how quick, helpful and kind they were.
Got my refund.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have bought one oneplus charger, for 21€. I have bought also the fastest shipping. 1 week later my sister received it. When I saw the product I couldn't imagine. It was just the cable. There was no box, no charger. Nothing that I could associate with grandado.com. Such an horrible experience.

I am very happy with the product. The quality of course but also how quickly I recieved it. Excelente company.

I paid for a kitchen timer. Two weeks later, the timer has not arrived. I have written Grandado two emails. No reply. I have tried to call them. Their phone is continuously busy.
This company has all the characteristics of a scam business. Stay away from them.

Update:

Now the company states that they never received payment. This is very curious since I have proof of payment.
Again, stay away from this company.

One day after make my order I decided to cancel it for personal reasons. I contacted Grandado and one day after I was refunded without any question. Very satisfied with the customer support service!

I placed an order several days ago with the number GRANPT41565, I never received it again, I tried to contact customer support, the email gives an error, it does not exist, in the chat I am told that it is on the way, they gave me a link:center#/track-trace/4700-255/GRANPT41565, the same tracking does not exist, they never sent me an email with the tracking number I had to try to communicate with the alleged company on line to get satisfaction, now their page is accessed and it doesn’t even show up, I feel scammed, I don’t make any more purchases from this fictitious company.

The product arrived very quickly, in very great conditions. It is exactly what I wanted, so I'm very satisfied.
