I struggle to give this company one star.
The initial contact was extremely responsive and professional but after we paid our deposit we struggled to get any response to our texts, calls or emails

The final straw was when they didn’t turn up on move day, despite verbal confirmation from Lee.

Come on Lee do the right thing and repay our deposit

Brilliant!! Due to weather we had to change the move day at the last minute, Lee was really helpful and sorted it without any fuss.
On the day of the move, my sofa was a nightmare! They tried everything, worked really hard and got it sorted.
Couldn’t have asked for more. Really friendly and professional, would definitely recommend!

What can I say except a big THANKYOU to Lee and Carl who carried out our removal yesterday. Lee was quick to respond with the original quotation and communications throughout were quick and to the point. On the day arrived on time and all packed well with no breakages. Super efficient and frtiendly with no problems. Once packed were willing to wait as the keys to the property were held up until after lunch. Additionally helped with some of the assemblies of the items which was a big help. So can definitely recommend this company.

Fabulous company. Really saved us last minute! Nothing was too much trouble they made my move from Manchester to Wirral so easy. Lovely chaps and very efficient. They have a wide range of services to offer and are so warm and friendly. Very highly recommend!

Do not use. I’ve had many items stolen. Photos and purchase receipts now passed to the police as my email to ptl was ignored.

Seemed really pleasant and helpful on the phone. On moving day 5 hours late! Miserable and just complained and moaned the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend.

Seemed a really lovely company and really nice lads. Then........the job was massively underestimated two guys and one small truck! 10 hours later a transit and three other guys! packing was appalling, stuff just thrown into boxes with no wrappings, mixed up boxes, lack of interest in putting marked boxes into correct rooms, no common sense applied when packing! Bed not put back together properly, screws not tightened! Found sentimental items with chips as thrown into boxes and no wrappings!! Pictures taken from walls and thrown into boxes resulting in scratched canvases, door removed and not replaced, still items in my old address!!!!
Emailed them and not even bothered to respond! Use this company with caution!!!

I can’t believe how low the company stoops as to type such a disgusting answer below, given that half my ornaments and pictures and my sons christening gifts were broken after been thrown into boxes I can assure anyone reading this I did not keep my belongings strewn across the floors, any dirty laundry was in the baskets and there was no more furniture etc than was quoted for! How the company expected to pack and move a family of four from a four bedroomed house over 3 floors in one day with a team of only 3 men and one 7.5 tonne truck I will never know!

Seemed a really good company. They were kind & helpful. It was a really big move with a considerable amount of boxes. Unfortunately we were unable to check all boxes after move due to quantity. We found out some time later that we were 2 boxes missing. We messaged the company 3 times to see if they could help us, but never bothered to respond. We realise that some time had passed since the move, but some kind of response would have been appreciated. Shame as initially they seemed really good
