Calling us "complete liars" is a little ironic, considering there are quite a few things in your review that simply aren't true.

You played one game in total, 3 Pigs of Olympus 2, for 252 spins, not "over 500".
You also claim your biggest win was £6.80, but your game history shows your biggest win was actually £42.32.

This particular slot is rated 9/10 for volatility, meaning it's designed to have longer dry spells in exchange for the small chance of bigger wins.
On a game like this, you'd generally expect to trigger a bonus feature around once every 300 spins, while 1,000x wins are usually measured in thousands of spins.

As for the RTP, that's a statistical average set by the game provider, not by us. It's calculated over an enormous sample of simulated spins (we're talking trillions), not over a single session of 252 spins.

However, telling our support agent to "go fuck yourself" after they did nothing but politely help you close your account at your own request, while also claiming we're "taking advantage of addiction", genuinely raises some serious concerns.

I'd strongly recommend taking a step back and asking yourself whether gambling is really for you. Losing sessions are an unavoidable part of gambling, no matter where you play.

Sooner or later, we'll also need to complete the required KYC verification on your account. We first attempt to do this electronically as well. However, certain triggers can require a manual verification instead, which is what happened in your case. This means we need to request documents, with a valid photo ID being the most standard form of identification...

Sigh... "They give you a few wins to get you in."

That's not how gambling works. We don't decide when you win, when you lose, or when a slot pays. If you had a lucky start, then that's exactly what it was... luck.

One of the biggest misconceptions in gambling is expecting winning sessions to continue forever. They won't. The only guarantee is that, over time, you'll lose. That's how casinos work.

As for the alleged "malfunctions", we've had no site-wide issues or downtime recently, and we certainly wouldn't purposely kick players off the site. That would be a rather strange business model considering, by your own logic, we'd be preventing people from continuing to lose.

If you're still experiencing issues accessing the site, I'd recommend trying Google Chrome, as that's the browser our site is optimised for.

I'll admit, I'm struggling to follow this one...

You contacted our support team because your account had been restricted following Safer Gambling triggers, whilst at the same time complaining that the roulette is "rigged". Forgive me for being a little confused... are you upset that you couldn't continue playing the very game you're claiming is corrupt/rigged?

For what it's worth, all games are provided by third-party providers. We have no control over the outcome. We simply host them.

And finally, if we really were the "corrupt dodgy site" you describe, it seems a little odd that we've successfully processed over £9,000 in withdrawals to your account.

When activating the welcome offer, you're asked to choose between the casino bonus, the sports bonus or no bonus. Unfortunately, you selected the casino option.

Bonuses have to be activated correctly in order to be awarded. We can't simply add the value of a free bet as cash, because that would remove all of the promotional restrictions that are built into the system. If manually overriding promotions was an option, we'd have happily done exactly that rather than spending time arguing, especially considering both welcome offers have the same value...

As for "hardly ever winning", I've had a look at your account and can see there have been winning sessions. The difference is that those winnings were generally played down rather than withdrawn.

I also reviewed your interactions with our support team and, honestly, I struggled to find the rudeness you're referring to. Across six separate interactions, I can see agents assisting you, answering your questions, and even manually applying bonuses that you had forgotten to activate.

Not liking the outcome of your gameplay is one thing. Describing the support team as rude after they've repeatedly gone out of their way to help you is quite another.
