I always find it fascinating how the positive reviews are apparently "fake", but the negative ones from people upset after losing money are somehow automatically the only trustworthy ones. 😅
The reality is a lot less exciting. Sore losers who do not understand the consequences of gambling, or how this industry actually works, tend to leave negative reviews. People who enjoy the site tend to leave positive ones.

I always find reviews like this interesting once I actually look at the gameplay behind them.
You have played 85 different games in total, with an average of 73 spins per game apart from a handful that you gave a proper chance.
I completely understand jumping between slots to try different games, however most slots have feature hit frequencies far beyond that amount of spins, usually well above 100 spins on average.
On Centurion Winner Grand Chance for example, where you played 876 spins, your personal RTP sits at 116.12%, which is well above the game's set RTP.
I also noticed several occasions where your balance was significantly above your deposit amount. For example:
From a £20 deposit, your balance reached £1299 but was fully played down.
Another time, a £20 deposit turned into £1056, only £150 withdrawn.
So, this is not really a case of "never winning". It is more a case of continuing to chase bigger wins instead of cashing out whilst ahead, which is entirely your own decision.
In the end, gambling is a game of chance and luck is the only factor at play. We do not create the games, control the outcomes, or set the algorithms. The slot providers deliver the same games across the entire industry.
If the complaint is really about how the games themselves behave, that feedback would probably be better directed towards the game providers.

And just to clarify the verification part a little, most checks are actually completed electronically these days. We run electronic checks upon registration which, when approved, allow players to deposit and play straight away. The majority of KYC checks are also completed automatically as well. However, in some cases additional manual verification is needed for various reasons, which can unfortunately slow things down a bit, but even in those cases documents are usually verified within 24 hours.

Regarding the "server error", I had a second look into that as well. There was no recorded server issue on that day. What actually happened was that your activity triggered our affordability form, hence why the gameplay was paused. My original point remains the same: interruptions do not alter game outcomes or future chances of winning.
As for the privacy concerns, GDPR and data protection are taken extremely seriously. At no point did I disclose any information that identifies you as an individual.
If you prefer not to receive a factual response from a business regarding a public review, it may be worth reconsidering posting such reviews in the first place. Public reviews invite public responses.

To be honest, this review does not really hit that hard considering you have left 47 reviews in total, with the majority of them being straight-up negative. (You must be fun at parties.) 😅
We are also apparently the 4th "worst casino" you have played at.
It is also difficult to take the feedback seriously when looking at your gameplay...
You mainly play Big Bass Splash, which is a very high volatility slot. The x1000+ hit frequency is over 1 in 90.000 spins, and the max win frequency is around 1 in over 3 million spins.
So respectfully… what exactly are you expecting here?
As for the server error, temporary technical issues can happen sometimes. The good thing is that when you return to the game, it simply resumes where it left off. The outcome does not change because of a reconnect.
At the end of the day, gambling is a game of chance with the odds against the player. The only real guarantee is that players lose in the long run, that is quite literally how the industry is built.
If gambling currently feels more frustrating than entertaining for you, I suggest taking a break. Gambling should be entertainment and entertainment only.
