Simply the best
I have to say this is by far the best casino I have played at. You can actually get a great play with a small deposit. I have won a few times here and my withdrawal was in my bank account very fast within an hour. I did play down some of my winnings but the funds lasted for days. The customer support is absolutely fantastic here, never had an issue. All agents I've spoken to are so friendly and helpful. They also have a brilliant selection of games. 10/10 all round.

You've used 3 different payment methods on the account split between 3 deposits. Multiple payment methods are recognised AML risk factors, which is why additional verification was requested. It's not us "making your life hell", it's us following the regulations we are required to follow.
You also keep referring to us "taking your money", which is simply not true. Your winnings are still sitting safely in your account pending verification. Nobody has confiscated anything.
As for the expired card, banks are required to retain records for a minimum of 5 years and can provide proof of ownership for old payment methods very easily.
If you've got nothing to hide, just provide the documents requested and the process can move forward.

Let's look at the actual reality though.
7 Deluxe is a high volatility slot, so yes, dry spells can absolutely happen. But in your case, your session started with a balance of £5 at £0.75 spins, which mathematically would give you around 6 spins if they were truly "dead". Instead, you managed to play 94 spins from that first deposit and had around £66 in total winnings during that run.
At one point your balance even went from £5 up to £39.50 before being played back down.
You then switched to £2.50 spins on a new deposit, did 4 spins, deposited again, went back to £0.75 and had 6 losing spins.
So "100 completely dead spins"? Not so much.
More like expectations not matching reality because the balance eventually went to 0. Big difference.

Your account itself was already verified, yes. However, after verification you started using a new payment method, while also having a history of using third-party payment methods previously. That combination automatically triggers additional checks and requires manual approval from management rather than our standard verification team.
Unfortunately, management do not work weekends, which is why things took a bit longer than usual. That said, I've chased this up just now, and they checked it and got back to me...
The bank statement you provided for the new payment method has been forged... Really?
A new request has now been sent so we can verify the actual account holder properly.
Once can be a mistake. Twice is a choice.

"Scammers" seems a bit harsh for this one...
When claiming the welcome offer, you selected the casino bonus rather than the sports bonus, so there were no free bets to receive.
