This is a terrible and dishonest company that refuses to pay out winnings. Whenever a player wins, they try to find any excuse possible to avoid paying. Very disappointing experience. They are quick to take your money, but when you win, they create problems with verification or accuse you of breaking rules.

Do not trust this site!! 🛑
First off don't listen to any of these good reviews. They offer a "surprise bonus" if you leave a review on trust pilot. Not too sure on the legality of that one. I emailed support because I thought i might be encountering an error in one the games. I've spun several hundred times and not hit the bonus (which doesn't necessarily pay anything) but it kept hitting 2 of 3 bonus symbols. Constantly. I'm talking dozens upon dozens of times. At one point 3 spins back to back to back, hit 2 of 3 bonus symbols. It did it so many times that it just didn't seem right. After hundreds and hundreds of spins it really felt like the game was broken. I politely emailed support suggesting there could be an issue with the game. They got very, very defensive and inferred I was accusing them of criminal activity. It was extremely odd. A very over the top defensive response. Especially given that I had been very polite and reasonable in my email. I wasn't angry or complaining at all. I said nothing about winning or losing money. I literally just said the game feels like it broken. It was a really odd and unprofessional response. They could have checked my game statistics to see if the numbers were within their model, and establish whether or not there was an error/anomaly. It wouldn't be difficult for them, but they just lashed out as though I'd accused them of something when I hadn't. I wouldn't trust this company with my money to be perfectly honest. Their response made me suspicious, when I wasn't initially, and left me feeling like they are not to be trusted.

I can see where you're coming from here, and I'll be honest, I completely understand why the response you received may have come across as a bit defensive. That wasn't the intention, but I can see how it landed that way.
Having read your original message, you weren't accusing anyone of anything. You were flagging something that felt off and asking for it to be looked into, which is completely fair.
The games run on RNG, so neither we nor the provider can control or predict outcomes, and what you experienced falls under variance (even if it feels very unlikely when it happens like that).
From a technical standpoint, the game wasn't "broken", just a very rough run of variance.
And I do mean rough... I had a look at your session and let's just say the game was not treating you kindly. But I can reassure you that after checking, the game is working as it should, this was just a very unlucky run. 😔
That said, I agree the explanation could have been delivered in a less… "you're accusing us of a crime" kind of way. That part is on us, and I do apologise for that.

I'm not quite sure what you expected support to say when asking about losses. The outcome is random, that's how casino games work. They run on RNG and we have no control over the outcome.
Gambling is a game of chance, with the odds stacked against you. The only guarantee is that you will lose. That's how gambling works.
Closing your account was probably the right call. Your current mindset doesn't really align with how gambling actually works, so stepping away is the sensible option here.

Great site with fast withdrawals

Legit gambling site
Depositing is easy and withdrawals are incredibly quick. Won £10k recently (pray for six)in the evening by the next day it was in my account. Same for another 2.8k ( 12 burning baseballs) in my bank following day. Other sites ive had to wait best part of a week with an obscene amount of questions asked. Games are updated frequently. Only gripe is not being able to mark favourites or check out recently played. But quick search and theyre usually found. Overall id recommend this site as one of the better ones out there id rather use these than more of the well known gambling sites out there.
