The ideal social media tool for a growing team

We've been using Publer for several years now. First, it was only our marketing team using the company's social account, now it's a cross-department team working publishing their content via company's and personal accounts.
Publer's features are straight-forward and work reliably. It saves us a lot of time in handling our social media posts.
We appreciate the new features, the transparency and communication of the Publer team and the opportunity to get involved via feature suggestions and voting.

I was looking for a software solution…

I was looking for a software solution that would make posting more efficient, and Publer does that. It isn't perfect, but it's well on the way. I especially like that I can re-use old content with a straight duplication or slight edits.

I love the use of the program

I love the use of the program. It makes posting very easy and it makes me more consistent in my posting. My only kids right now is that I would re-organize how my dashboard looks at the draft section isn’t so big in front but maybe my calendar, but that’s easily done with the clickable button. I love it and the progress that has given to me in my business..

Excellent customer service and support

The customer support from the staff at Publer far exceeds the industry standard. Every time I have run into an issue (usually user error) they are always quick to respond and they value their customers even though most of my questions were as a free plan user.

How didn't I find this sooner!

Was gonna start with Planable but it was wayyyy too expensive, around $100AUD per month.. for ONE customer (3 social accounts) now I'm paying around 30AUD and it has all those features and more!!

Never looking back! I love it!

I just switched from Loomly (after nearly 10 years) to Publer, and I'm so impressed. I get all the features Loomly offers, but at almost half the price, and on top of that, I get additional excellent features that Loomly doesn't offer at any price level. The interface is excellent. As a micro-business, solopreneur, this is fantastic and I've opted for the business plan because it's such good value for money. Also, their workaround for Facebook Group Postings is brilliant! It's re-ignited a desire for social media marketing, which I normally hate doing.

Using Publer has completely changed how…

Using Publer has completely changed how I manage social media. From planning weeks of content in one sitting to recycling evergreen posts without lifting a finger—it’s been a true time-saver.
