A Beautiful Tool That Gets It Done
Publer has become one of my favorite tools for managing content across multiple platforms. The user interface is clean, beautiful, and incredibly easy to navigate — even if you’re not super tech-savvy. Scheduling is seamless, and I especially love how well it handles Instagram Carousels and media storage.
What impressed me most is how much more powerful it becomes if you understand things like APIs or AI agents — there’s so much under the hood if you’re ready to explore it.
My only real gripe is that key features like analytics and history lookback are locked behind higher-tier plans. I wish those were a little more accessible for solo users or smaller teams. That said, compared to other big-name tools, the pricing is still fair and way less inflated.
If you want a plug-and-play scheduler that’s as functional as it is friendly, Publer is worth it.
I love this sofware
I just switched from Loomly (after nearly 10 years) to Publer, and I'm so impressed. I get all the features Loomly offers, but at almost half the price, and on top of that, I get additional excellent features that Loomly doesn't offer at any price level. The interface is excellent. As a micro-business, solopreneur, this is fantastic and I've opted for the business plan because it's such good value for money. Also, their workaround for Facebook Group Postings is brilliant! It's re-ignited a desire for social media marketing, which I normally hate doing.

Efficient tool
We've been using Publer to schedule content to Instagram for around a year. It's easy to navigate and efficient, the only area that's challenging is setting posting to manual so that we can add music in app before going live.

Okay this is pretty cool - i was actually hesitant to use software to manage my socials, but being a videographer and web designer I had fallen behind with my socials and desperately need to show a consistent presence, this was definitely the software to choose.

I’ve been using Publer for a while now, and it’s honestly a solid tool for scheduling social media posts. It’s super easy to use, supports a bunch of platforms, and the calendar view makes planning content way less stressful.
I especially like the bulk scheduling and the link in bio feature - they save a ton of time. It’s not overly complicated or pricey, which is perfect if you’re a freelancer or managing a few brands. Definitely a great alternative to the bigger tools out there.
