I purchased a pair of jeans from this site...they looked amazing on the model...but the jeans I got from Daypants were paper thin and as cheap as you could ever imagine. I am very disappointed. And want my full refund on this product

I purchase your product less then 4…
I purchase your product less then 4 months ago and reached out to your support team about the button hole starting to rip and frey and the gray plastic around the button hole has snapped off ripping and the response I received was to take it to a seamstress and have it repaired and I would be reimbursed up to $15 for the repair instead of an exchange. Now the gray plastic around the button hole has all black thread threw it and they do not look like when I purchased them from public rec less then 4 months ago I will never purchase a product from a company that can't stand by the product they produce its bad business

Bad customer service
Well, I am not sure about the product, but I've been having problems with a return. First,I wrote an email asking for help with a return. No response.( there's no phone #)—after chatting with someone online I was told that the return label will be sent to me via email . there wasnt any emails or labels. I wrote another email to the customer service —two days passed—nothing... This is unacceptable.

Comfortable while it lasted
Got a pair of the All Day Jogger. Really liked it - it was comfortable, lightweight and stylish. However barely 2 months later, the zippered pocket broke - the lining completely detached from the zipper. (It looks like it was glued, rather than sewed on). What a bummer since the zipper was one big reason that I bought these, to keep the phone secure while jogging. At this point it was past the short 45-day exchange window, so I am stuck with a pair of jogger that I am now using as pajamas.

Customer service as great as their products!
I have purchased many amazing items from PublicRec over the last few years and everything is amazing quality. I recently received a defective mask (which happens from time to time). I was just contacted by a wonderful employee that has very quickly ensured that I have a new one being sent to me. Not only are their clothes amazing, but their customer service is too!

Phenomenal multifunctional pant.
I purchased a pair of ADED joggers and love them. I have had them for two months and have pushed them to the limits. I have used them to remove my materials from my classroom as I am a teacher. Had to travel up and down 3 flights of stairs and these joggers met challenge. They were comfortable and breathable. I received a few compliments as well. I have taken them on bike rides as well. I often pair my black joggers with a T-shirt and and white sneakers for a clean smart casual look. Took them camping for the weekend and they were glorious. The quality is well worth the price. The fit is spot on. I like my clothing more fitted and these def compliment my physique. I am 5’10” 205 semi-muscular with big thighs and they look phenomenal.

Found a pair of ADED shorts at a thrift store and fell in love, but they were a size too small. It killed me to pay $64 more to size up, but they’re well worth it. The shorts arrived quickly, but had a very minor defect. I was met with the most seamless, polite and helpful customer service I could ask for. They stand by their product as they should, which made it easy for me to purchase two more pairs. Support this brand and help them grow!

Great casual pant
Super satisfied with recent purchase of All day Every day pant. Very comfortable and look great.
Only slight downside for me: a little baggier in the thighs than I prefer.

Great fit and feel. I wear them everyday
I recently purchased two pair of Workday shorts. Like other pants I have purchased from Public Rec they fit and feel fantastic. I have the long pants and the All Day Every Day shorts. All are top drawer clothes. I wear them all for dress or casual. I love the materials they’re made of.

The overwhelming amount of 5 stars reviews on their website are not fake. Rather speaks of the quality and the comfortable feel of their products. I was sold on my first purchase. Ok it is expensive, but totally worth it!

After having an issue with a pair of pants then waiting a while for a response (which I now understand may not have been their fault) I am really happy to be leaving this review.
Public Rec’s customer team, specifically John, offered an extremely generous resolution to a relatively frustrating situation. I am very appreciative of their help, and really do look forward to being a continued customer of theirs for a long time.
I plan on placing my next order today.

Not for men that work out the lower body.
The material of these pants looks nice and felt good. However if you have thighs or glutes that even thinking about being large these pants are not for you. I’m 6” 195lbs and I ordered the size recommended based on my Jean size and their fitting chart but they fit like leggings around both my thighs and calves. I returned them for a larger size but they are unwearable with the waist that large to make room for my legs. Also they have a rather high waist (think mom jeans). For the crotch to fit properly I had to pull them up to my belly button.
Maybe they are designed to fit “skinny” but the ads photos are misleading.

If this doesn't work you may try our All Day Every Day collection which has a more relaxed fit. This collection has been sworn by some of our customers who are athletes and bodybuilders.
