the record i requested was for the…

the record i requested was for the wrong state. i was charged $9.95 for two months before i realized it was auto-pay.
i canceled my subscription via Chat with Paul. i received a confirmation code. i will watch my online bank account to make sure i am not charged again.
i highly recommend you advertise that this is an autorenewal subscription.
