easy peasy account closure

Kimberly helped me so much!
Kimberly helped me when I realized my account had been charging me each month for a while. I wasn't aware of this until just looking at my credit card, so I asked for a refund and to stop my account and she was able to do this easily. I really appreciate how simple it was. Great customer service, so if I need to use it again, I will. Thanks again!
