As a first time author, I been through alot but Kristina and the team were extremely supportive and helpful. Planning for my second book and definitely will use their service again! Thank you for all the effort and support you offered in making my dream come true!

I have used this company three times to publish books of poetry.The process is straightforward and engaging; the cover designs are interesting, the format range tasteful and the follow- on supportive.I have built up a good network and can enjoy the gifts of poems to my friends.I am happy to recommend their team.

I requested a price for design but they were extremely expensive so decided against it. Unsubscribed from emails but Patrick keeps sending emails, despite being told not to. They stop for a while but then start again.

Edit: After being caught spamming, Patrick apologised and asked for the review to be removed. When told no, Patrick then started crying to TrustPilot, saying it was defamatory, before TrustPilot disagreed, gave him a tissue to dry his eyes and reinstated the review.
It seems that Patrick and his bunch of chancers moved emailing companies because they were over-priced (ironic that Pat's company Publishing Push is too) and have transferred all contacts over including ones that unsubscribed in 2023.

This incredible journey began in mid-August. From the very start, Publishing Push were supportive and professional. My project manager, Kristina, was exceptional. She guided me through every step of the process, ensured my voice was heard, and was an absolute joy to work with.

The artist who designed my cover and map—whose name, unfortunately, I’ve forgotten—was extraordinarily talented. They took my brief description of how I envisioned the cover and transformed it into the exact image I had in my mind.

Amy, my editor, did an outstanding job. She greatly improved the structure and flow of my manuscript while preserving my unique writing style. Working with her not only enhanced my manuscript but also improved my own skills, which will be invaluable as I work on my current projects.

The whole process took just as long as PP said it would. The process was complex for someone who had never done it before, but I was helped through it all.
My only problem came at the end of the process and was a problem created accidentally by myself. PP sorted it out, though it took a few days. No complaints at all. Responses to e mails was good. No delay, which for me is important. Highly recommended.

Having completed my manuscript and opted to self-publish, I needed a company to help me, a first-time author, self-publish my book. I had no idea regarding who or where to turn to. I discovered Publishing Push a self-publishing company through word of mouth and decided to use their service.

The process from polished manuscript to book for sale is lengthy. However, I found that this was partly due to the number of amendments needed to acquire the perfect product and not because of Publishing Push’s pace of delivery. That said, being a novice I had no idea of exactly what to expect or ask regarding the process and, therefore needed a little guidance. Yes, it required multiple episodes of back-and-forth amending the draft, but it was a delight to see the finished product.

The customer service in terms of depth and breadth of communication in the early stages of dealing with Publishing Push was impressive. However, as the various components of the project were completed and I was passed to the different departments there were hiccups along the way. At times discovering new things, as I proceeded with the project, made me feel frustrated, taking me to the edge of losing enthusiasm for completing my book. It would have made the journey that bit more enjoyable if the level of communication had been maintained throughout the service. Through open discussion, things turned around allowing us to get back on track. That was highly appreciated as it showed a caring, humane side to Publishing Push's Team.

Undoubtedly, it’s not easy for self-publishing companies to deal with all fledglings. People write for various reasons and enter the field with varying depths and breadth of knowledge. Being new to the arena, I needed a bit more guidance than those who were familiar with the process. However, with time, an improved understanding of the process involved at the various stages to completion, asking questions, no matter how silly, I believe my question to be, and seeking guidance and clarification from the team managing things for my project made it easier to progress with completing the process.

I felt Publishing Push did their best to help me understand the process involved in the closing phase from polished manuscript to book in hand and, the challenges they face as publishers with amending scripts which includes having to also adjust the dimension of the spine depending on the changes to be made. Publishing Push showed a willingness to work with me as a novice. Most importantly, they delivered. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to the Publishing Push Team. My book is now available, thanks to Publishing Push. Book number two is a work in progress, another one for Publishing Push to work on.

Having gone through the stages with Publishing Push from polished manuscript, to review, to book cover design, to book in hand, my learning curve soared. Knowing that the Publishing Push team have your back, makes the completion process of subsequent books faster, and less stressful. That said, retrospectively, it's not a journey you'd want to make on your own especially if you are a first-time author trying to get your first book published, so having the necessary support and guidance is a huge gift. Thank you, Publishing Push, for your hard work and invaluable service. Based on the service I received as a novice- including guidance, support and of course getting my first book published, as a first-time author- I would recommend Publishing Push to anyone who is thinking of self-publishing.

the whole experience was smooth and efficient, i was always kept updated and the email process was easy even for me the team did a wonderful job getting my first book out there and could not have done it without them.

While there are companies that promise to publish your book in a ridiculously short time, the reality is that publishing a book is a painstaking process, and one that is not always smooth. I found from experience that the act of getting the book proofread generated the need for new edits. Then there were teething troubles over spine width etc. Publishing Push were with me on the journey, and actually very forgiving of my changes of mind. It is certainly not a journey I would have wanted to make alone, and it was reassuring to have their level of expertise and attention to detail behind me. So, this is a company I trust.

Everything happened as it should - and if I had any complaint it would be about communication from PP, especially when the whole process had apparently been finalised. There appears to have been some sort of problem with Amazon agreeing the covers of the hardback and paperback books, although both were identical. It took almost a month from publication date before I was able to get copies of the book for marketing purposes.
Overall, part of the communication trouble came about because I had the same project manager for two books being published simultaneously - I was never clear which book was being referred to in messages.
But all's well, and the whole business has been completed satisfactorily.
