Four Oaks
We stayed at Four Oaks in Saundersfoot - a beautiful old house, very clean when we arrived, with superb sea views and close to all the amenities and coastline - we were very comfortable and would definitely book again in the future

Very helpful before our holiday answering all our questions. If they didn’t know they were very quick to find out. Property was clean and comfy. Nice welcome pack when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!
Thoughtful, friendly and helpful
Puffin cottage holidays were very accommodating. Lovely property we stayed in. Upon arrival very clean, and able to see the thoughtfulness that had gone into welcoming us.
Thanks for a great holiday home for the week we were in Saundersfoot.

Fantastic views at Sea View Apartment…
Fantastic views at Sea View Apartment in Saundersfoot.
Greeted with tasty Welsh biscuits and wine on arrival, the flat had all the amenities we could wish for.
The booking process couldn't be easier via their website and the Puffin staff were so helpful with information for our stay.
Staying above a busy village pub, we didn't know what to expect but the noise was minimal and all quiet at a reasonable time in the evening.
we cannot wait to stay again next year!
Thank you Puffin x
Avoid like the plague
We rented Bettys Nook apartment in Saundersfoot and we had a horrible experience.
The house had mould in the windows, curtains and it was dirty. The lady who works for the agency that manages the house never apologised and her emails were rude. They sent the cleaner who was very polite and apologetic. The cleaner explained that the house had recently passed from one agency to another and they didn’t do the overdue deep clean. We were also informed that the house had a problem with mould. The cleaner removed the net curtains that were full of mould. When we told this to Vicki and asked for compensation we received rude emails and we were called liars and that the cleaner never said anything and that she had photos (the cleaner never took any photos) . She also commented that she wished she hadn’t rented the house to us. You will be dealing with someone that has no manners. In a very rude email we were told to leave first thing in the morning and our money would be totally refunded but late at night and on a bank holiday weekend we couldn’t find alternative accommodation so Vicki sent us 2 links with other accommodation according to her of similar price but everything was fully booked or extortionate. We told her that we couldn’t find anything suitably available and we received a conflictive and cheeky reply, saying she was glad we liked her property more. At that point we informed her that we would prefer to communicate through booking.com as she was very rude and her answer was that hopefully we wouldn’t need to get in touch any more. Beware, if you report a problem you won’t get an apology and you will be called a liar. The house is in a location that doesn’t look very good, like a council estate. The cleaner was the best person we dealt with. If the house had a deep clean it would actually look OK on the inside.
