Great site/awesome customer service
Just got both products in , 2 bubbler tops for the Core... I haven't used the products yet , but i must say the customer service was great, the company kept in constant contact with me to make sure delivery was secure and complete,, when i say secure the packaging were wrapped like fort knox , like a big fpotball of majpr wrapping to insure the products got shipped with zero issues in handling... Thank you again for everything looking forward to using the bubblers after Christmas

The person that helped me was very attentive. Not only did he keep me informed that they had a holiday and they were not going to be in the office but he took a special trip into the office to get me a tracking number which was really cool. I never received my Purple Heart Bubbler. I searched around my mailbox and checked all the neighbors also. I have to assume it was stolen somewhere down the line. Puffingmaster was very compliant with fast response emails and Customer Service was very cordial and immediately offered to send a replacement. I highly recommend doing business with. 👍🏼
