Ordered a pack of 5 box files - considering it was over the Christmas/New Year period they arrived very quickly. I was so impressed I have now ordered another 5 and am expecting them tomorrow.

I haven’t received my order yet as just ordered yesterday. I realised that l had given an incorrect email address so sent an email last night. I received a prompt and very helpful email, completely reassuring me that there would be no issue with my order. Looking forward to receiving my first order, thank you Jodie!

Purchased set of three Bloom A4 Lever Arch Files, plus Bloom Foolscap Box Files. Arrived promptly. They look even better than the website image - they have shiny gold metallic highlights in the cover design! A much anticipated Xmas present for a mature student. One file had a manufacturing issue. I emailed the 'info email' with photo and barcode on Saturday; personal email reply Monday morning; replacement arrived Wednesday morning. Perfect! Very happy, and will be confident to buy from Pukka again.

I like their products but unfortunately I can't actually place an order on the website. I've repeatedly entered all my details but it won't accept the order and gives no explanation as to why.

Easy to order. Goods arrived exactly as advised and promptly and I was very pleased with the quality of them.

Really good value for money and lovely patterned boxes

The first package contained the wrong items. This was dealt with quickly and completely to our satisfaction. The A4 recycled lever arch files are good quality and look good, too. So nice to find something made in UK, thank you. Very happy with Pukka and would recommend them.

Easy to navigate website quality items quickly delivered

I stumbled across Pukka’s new bloom range and fell in love. Having received them only a few days after placing the order, they are even more beautiful than I thought.

I cannot recommend Pukka highly enough. I needed some box files for filing a lot of paperwork and was looking for something a little different than the usual black boxes. I found Pukka’s bloom range and found them to be incredibly competitively priced and so was delighted to place an order for a few of the boxes. Would love the range to be extended although this would certainly result in me investing in more of them :)

They are well made, packaged perfectly in transit, delivered very quickly after ordering and all communication with customer services were brilliant. All in all, cannot recommend them highly enough as they will obviously last as long as I could possibly need them. A quality product from a quality company. Absolutely perfect.

Excellent customer experience when using the online purchase system. Furthermore, I needed to contact them for support as it was my first purchase with them, their support was excellent. I will buy again without a doubt.

I was able to amend my order by phoning and speaking to an extremely helpful team who even called me back!! Excellent communication by email too. It makes a refreshing change to get this level of 'old fashioned' but highly efficient service.

The refill pad descriptions are unclear so I ordered the wrong product from the one I wanted, then I was told because I opened the seal to look at the pages to notice they were incorrect, I could not return these. Disappointing especially with the price tag of these. I now have 6 unwanted books and 20 lighter.

I’ve had these pukka pads before but not straight from the pukka pads supplier.

Great help from customer service, great delivery and they’re as good as they’ve always been.

Need to know if they’re in yellow also but it would also be good in A5 size which they don’t apparently do.

Love Pukka products but when the parcel arrived one of the folders was broken!

Good quality box files delivered on time

Products arrived in good condition and well packed. Parcel force notified us ahead about the package arriving date and time. I have ordered several times now and will place this order regularly from now.
