Botton line he was an hour and a half late cleaned the coils on the refrigerator side, then looked at his watch and told me he was new and was running late and needed to get to his next appointment. I paid over $220.00 and my refrigerator isn't any better than it was before he got here.

I requested service on-line late on Friday. A knowledgeable Technician showed up before 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. By 11:00 a.m. my dryer was working. It was a clean, easy experience. The Tech called to let me know what time he would arrive. I did not spend anytime waiting! I give them high marks for responsiveness and the problem seems to be resolved. The Technician did a good job w the clean up too. I did not have to move anything, reinstall the bi-fold door ...nothing! Service, Knowledge and Solution ..thank you.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Completely fraudulent. We have warrenty to cover appliances out of warrenty; otherwise, why would we need a home warranty.
Our ice maker was leaking water. We had to pay an additional $89 for a repairman. He came and was her a minute and said we needed a new ice maker and it would be covered. He just needed a code from souls.
After two days Puls called and said they couldn’t cover repair of replacement because our refrigerator was out of warrenty. What ARS we paying for?
I am reporting these fraudulent practices to BBB and any other pertinent agencies.
DO NOT buy a warrenty from this company. It takes phone call after phone call for someone to even answer the phone. After having them for two years I had to send proof of our membership. They didn’t even have a record after taking payment month after month.
BEWARE!!!

Service tech is very slow to get quote for ice maker repair. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing. I get emails to be patient but I am very frustrated at the customer service response. I have emailed the company and it seems it falls on deaf ears.

`Tech person, William, was very knowledgeable, and honest, but would cost as much to repair, new motor and some other part, didn't make it cost effective. He recommended replacing the washing machine. It wasn't spinning strong enough to remove water in clothing on final spin. therefore the 3 stars because nothing was fixed.

Puls is a worst company you can work with. They charge an astronomic fee for service. Just to fix a microwave I had to pay $700,otherwise they charge you $120 service fee. After paying the $700 the microwave had another problem in less than few weeks. They wanted to charge me $350 for this. They are blood suckers and use you to the bones. To cancel the membership, I have to pay $130.
