The service by the tech was great. He was informative, polite, and efficient. The only thing I was not happy about was the ad saying I would get a fair price for the service. I just think $250 for the... See more

My technician was great. The constant harassment via text by plus was ridiculous. The attempts to sell me warranties also off-putting and annoying as a customer.

The serviceman was on time and did a great job analyzing the situation and determining what the problem is. He gave me estimate to fix the problem and an approximate date to have the parts to return and install. Very pleased with service.

I hired a washer repair technician but the techinician who appeared was rude and made himself at home. I was afraid to ask him to leave thus he completed the assesment of the washer and then recommended a $700 part. I paid $139.00 which included the service call and 15% of the part cost. I called to cancel the order and asked that he not return to my home. I explained what happened, I was informed a new technician was going to be dispatched but I never received a call back to schedule the new appoinment. Then I was told my refund needed approval. I then hired a technician from another company who arrived and was very polite and professional, he repaired the washer swiftly and did not charge me. Just thought you would want to know. Anyway, so glad I hired someone else. God doesn't like ugly. Thank you God.

I didnt like that it was so expensive. I paid $230 the 1st visit and nothing was fixed. Then he came out again and it was another $250. I should have just bought a new dishwasher. I felt scammed.

The technician Badir, was 2 hours late for the scheduled appointment! He took a picture of the washers information, had me start the washer to see it didn’t spin out clothes, looked at his phones a few minutes then told Meir cost $550 to fix it! When I told him I didn’t want to pay that much and I could buy a new washer for that price he became pushy trying to convince me to pay, telling me I can’t buy a new one for $550 and when I told him I could he kept harassing me to accept his price and get the work done cause he knows what he doing and he didn’t even really look at the washer for a full diagnostic, just wanted me to agree for him to come back next week with a part! again when I told him no he didn’t want to accept that! Same day I called someone else who fixed the washer for $150. Horrible customer service! Horrible pricing I would not recommend!

Our technician was great. We were a little disappointed that it took so long to do the repair.

Everything was great accept the price. I can buy a brand new refrigerator for $400-$600. I’m a reasonable person and made a living off of sales, but I didn’t try to make all the money on one deal. I would be willing to give the job to Puls at $189less the $89 for the service call fee, for replacement of the service board and servicing the controls module. $590 is an exorbitant amount of money to spend on a refrigerator that most likely has a clogged drain line or frozen one. Come on I was born in the morning, but not yesterday morning. I feel everyone needs to make money, but not in such a way that is so unrealistic that the repair is as much as buying a new refrigerator.
I can appreciate everything about the process your company goes about quoting a job. As stated earlier, I felt the drain line was clogged by being frozen. My common sense approach was right on especially when I asked google if a top freezer has a frozen sheet of ice underneath the plastic on the bottom, and periodically drains into the refrigerator. What could possibly cause this. Google said a frozen and or clogged drain line. I checked the drain tray underneath the refrigerator which was dry as a bone. I chipped away all the ice underneath the plastic cover on the bottom and took a hair dryer to unfreeze the excess ice to unclog the drain line. It’s amazing after working on that for about 20 minutes it unclogged the line and drained into the tray underneath the refrigerator into the tray. Wow, thanks for my wife and I asking Google it saved us $500. Unfortunately, we spent $89 for a service call fee that would have replaced parts not needed. Thanks to our research and caution we saved ourselves a lot of money.

Everything from start to finish was smooth. The gentleman that helped me was more than professional, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend the service.

The washing machine still does not work. When he left he said it was working and it is not.

Sent a local tech who tried to get me to pay for a inverter board and then to pay for a control board for my washer. Broke my door and then replaced the lock but when I declined further service he took the lock back. Then Puls platform took 2 weeks to return my money because I reported them to BBB for scammy behavior. Took you 5 seconds to take my money and a month to return it. You all are real shady and dont appreciate the BS for the past month and still had to buy a washer. I've been patient. I have laundry to do ! And you all are playing games with MY MONEY!!!!!

The man who came to fix my fridge was on time. polite, told me what he thought was wrong, quoted me a reasonable price to fix it. Proceeded to do just that and offered if there was any problem we should just call. I would call you people anytime I need help.

Technician came when expected, was courteous, and diagnosed the problem easily. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered, And he came back next day and completed repair. Expensive, but all in all a good job! Id call them again.

Samir arrived on time, worked thoroughly to diagnose the problem and discovered the solution. As a contractor, I was extremely impressed with his work and his personality. 5 stars is not enough!

He came in and did his job; he was not trying to scam like other electricians. He was very professional. I will definitely call upon him with any other problem.
